Mother is a single mother with a 10-year-old boy , and a teen aged boy. Both boys are oppositional defiant and are struggling in a new town and a new school. Several police reports have been made and school reports. Mother is trying to get cell phones set up ($250.00) for the children so they can communicate where they are in conjunction with a family plan that they all agree on to so the children when not in school will not be out and at large in a new town but will be able to venture out and play outside and socialize with other children. The cell phone she will maintain the monthly costs but just needs help the start up costs. Next, mom has a 9 year-old daughter that needs a new full size bed mattress . They had animal die on the bed previous to their move and they had to get rid of the mattress and the girl currently sleeps on the springs which can't be comfortable.
