This mother is currently homeless and has not been able to find employment. She is in desperate need of a gas card so that she can get to a job fair and to her visitation to conduct family time with her son. We are requesting a $60 gas card to help ease her stress. She is also in need of new, clean clothes. She needs medium shirts and size 2 pants. She has been wearing the same clothes for a year and they are dirty and old. Having new clothes will help her with obtaining employment.
The mother needs $60.00 for gas in her car.
She will be able to go to the job fair, and family time with her son.

A family is needing some help with a few items to help support a brother staying in the home of his adult sibling. The adult sibling recently obtained guardianship of him to prevent him from being placed in OKDHS custody. This was a last-minute situation for the family with no time to prepare. They are needing a few items to help make this transition smooth and as little disruption to his needs. He had no items to bring with him to his siblings home. He is currently wearing a size 7/8 shirt (closer to 8), size 5/6 pants, and shoe size 12. He wears a size 8 coat and does not have one for the upcoming cooler weather. He does attend a school that requires uniforms (Royal Blue, Navy Blue, and White Polo/khaki, black, and navy pants). He enjoys Super Mario and Minecraft. His favorite color is red. His sibling has a full-size mattress for him. During her recent move to a larger home (to accommodate him), they lost the hardware to his bedframe so his mattress is currently on the floor. She has requested, if possible, either a box spring or bed frame.

Hello,
I am working with a 12 grader who is interested in attending homecoming dance in high school. The 17 year old boy is doing very well in school and is expected to graduate next year in 2024. The 17 year old boy is also part of the high school basketball team and enjoys spending time with his friends and uncle. The $50 dollar cash assistance would ensure my client attends homecoming dance.

The family entered services looking for support with stability and transition to living in the states. The family recently immigrated to the US within the past month due to violent threats towards the family and they fled in efforts to provide safety for their children. The family currently has no clothes from their journey here as their items were taken along the way, the family has been getting by with two or three piece of clothing and washing it every day to be able to use again within the week. At this time, both parents are looking for employment but as they get established, they are having financial strain in providing immediate needs for their children. As the weather gets colder, the family is in need of winter clothing for their children and by fulfilling this request, it will support the children while also giving the parents piece of mind. *This is a repeated request*

Hello, I am an Intensive In-Home specialist with Cornerstones of Care, and I am currently working with a pregnant mom and her four children (ages 4,3,2, & 1 year old) to help prevent removal. I am making this request on behave of the family to help family overcome financial barriers. Recently the family experienced a traumatic life-threatening event, that lead to one of the children being hospitalized. Thankfully the child has been able to make full recovery and is home now.
Due to this event family was referral to our Intensive In-home program to help strengthen bio-family and keep children safe. While working with the family I have discovered that mom is in need of some safety items like a car seat/booster seat for her oldest child. Mom shared that she has car seat for her other three children however, not for the four-year-old. During my program I have went over car seat education with mom and due to child's age, weight, and height she very much so needs to be in a car seat/booster with back. But family does not currently have the financial means to buy one. Therefore, I am asking for your help. By helping this family get a car seat you would be helping mom overcome financial stress as well as ensure child is safe while riding in a car.
Thank you for your help.

Our refugee diaper bank is almost empty. Please help us keep the babies clean and dry with your donation of diapers and baby wipes. We need all sizes of diapers, as many as you can provide.
Momma is a young single mom with an 8 month old baby. Momma is living with her father in a small elderly apartment community. The baby's father who was providing financial support for her and baby abandoned the family two months ago. She has been maintaining things with the help of her father but realize this will not be sustainable. Momma is actively looking for work and leaves the baby with grandpa when possible but this too is a challenge.
Momma is requesting assistance to cover some of the childcare expenses when the baby's grandfather is not available to watch her.
This help will take a little pressure off momma so she can focus on securing work to provide for her baby and share with the household expenses.
