A lady of 73 has agreed to care for her cousin's great granddaughter. The child came to her at 6 months old and is now three. This wonderful lady has inherited her mother's home. It has enough room for her, the child and the child's great uncle. The child is currently sleeping with her in her room. Her roof leaks and it leaks into the extra room. The roof needs to be replaced and the drywall needs to be replaced. Once these home repairs are completed then the child will have her own bedroom. The cost of these repairs is unknown. I have put an estimation in the value section.
