1 year old is needing diapers and wipes within the next few days , size 5 diapers please. The family has yet to be paid for having the kids in their care and they are a great foster family and the children are in great condition. However, they are running low on diapers.

The family is currently in need of size 5 Diapers, preferably loves as he has had allergies to some other brands. Baby wipes would also be helpful, any brand is fine. He is also in need of fall clothes, size 18 months pants, shirts, and size 18 month jacket. He could also use size 6 in shoes.

A bio mama is traveling to and from visits, work, and school. A gas card would help alleviate some of the cost burden she is experiencing while she works toward reunification with her kiddos.

The parent on this case has just found a permanent place of residence for herself and her son. The son is currently place out of the home in Norman, OK. This will allow for re-unification to proceeds.

I have a natural mother who has been doing really well. The natural mother is currently looking for employment but is limited do to not having transportation and no money to purchase a bus pass. The natural mother is doing really well and has her infant child in the home with her. The bus pass will assist with her attending appointments for her infant child. The natural mother also has weekly visitation with her older three children, and this will help her attend her visitations.

I have a natural mother who is unemployed and not able to purchase her own bus pass. The natural mother needs assistance with a bus pass to attend her family time with her infant daughter, attend her treatment plan, and attend court hearings. The natural mother is also homeless at this time.

A kinship foster mother who is the grandmother to teen child placed with her has two shut off notices. One shut off notice is for electric and one shut off notice is for her gas. She also owes back rent to her landlord. This foster mother is currently trying to become fully approved but has had to miss some of her training due to her car breaking down and she has had to use much of her money to repair her car. I have confirmed these needs by receiving copies of her shut off notices. If these needs aren't met the child may have to placed in a traditional home and not stay with his grandmother whom he has had a relationship with during his entire life.

Two parents have worked extremely hard to get their baby back. They have done extraordinarily well. Income is tight, and they ride bikes to get where they need to go. A bike buggy to assist them in taking the baby with them would be super helpful. The child has been back in the home for a few months and is doing so well with his parents. Again a new or used bike buggy (they have bikes) would be fantastic to helping them.

We are currently working with a mom of two (9 and 2). She is also expecting twin boys in a couple months. She is in trial reunification with the boys and is doing great in engaging in services. Mom is currently struggling with transportation though. She does not have her driver's license and is relying on other's help to get around with the two boys. She does pay for gas money for the people that help, but with the rising cost of gas, it is getting more difficult to prepare for the twins. Between her and the boys' appointments and engaging in her services, it is becoming more difficult to balance everything when it comes to transportation. Additionally, she could use a dresser for the boys. It will allow her to be more organized and prepared before the arrival of the twins. We are currently working with a mom who has found a stable home for her and her two kids (ages 1 and 5). She was approved for the home, but just needs help with her deposit so she can move in as soon as as possible. Mom just returned home from completing her out-of-state treatment, so does not have the ability to come up with the deposit in the time needed. She is needing assistance with the large deposit of $500. This home means a lot to her. It will allow her to have a stable place to reside while she secures a job that gives her a steady, reliable income and allows for her to maintain the home. She is looking forward to engaging in the rest of her services and is hopeful to being reunified with her children. We have a 3-year-old child that is currently having unsupervised visits with their father. The child is placed 90+ miles away from Tulsa and the father could use a help with gas expenses as the prices continue to rise. This father has been able to provide a home for him and his child and is waiting for Trial Reunification to begin while he makes multiple round trips to and from to see his child and is currently having overnight visits on Saturday's. Meeting this request will allow the father to continue to pick-up and drop-off his child on the weekends, help with a faster reunification date to occur and help maintain an attachment the father and child share with one another.

A family of one parent, an adult child, and 15 year old need assistance with food. Currently they can only have non perishable items. They have some items to eat for the next day or so, but otherwise the parent reports they will not have anything until the first of the month.

Kinship foster home is on disability. She has taken in her grandchild who has been hard to place. She currently have six dogs and they all need their rabies vaccinations. She can get it done at her local Southern Ag but they are $19 each. The grandmother does not have the money to pay for the shots $114. Help is needed to cover this cost in order to keep the child in the home. Thank you

Foster parent needs a twin box spring for a bed for a child who has outgrown the crib. They have purchased several beds and now need a large bed. They have a mattress but just need a box springs. Please help to preserve this placement.

Family is in need of working cell phone in order to maintain contact with OKDHS and their service providers. OKDHS is requesting a prepaid cell phone and 60 days of service. Family recently gave birth to a new baby and are working to engage in services/correct the conditions resulting in OKDHS intervention. OKDHS is also requesting a fuel card for the parents to utilize for service provider appointments. Bus pass to assist parent with transport to service provider appointment/assessment.

We have the most wonderful kiddo in custody who has been looking for a family for a very long time. He went on a visit last weekend and the family fell in love with him and is willing to become his long term foster home! However, the family was not planning for this and has some needs that are required by foster care that we need to help them with. They have a bed and mattress but no box spring, however the ceiling in the room they plan to use is very low. We are needing help with a 4-6 inch twin sized box spring, 2 smoke detectors, and a fire extinguisher. Not having these things in the next few days will prevent this baby from being able to stay and will mean he has to return to the shelter. Grandpa, mom and 2 year old toddler live in the home. They are financially struggling to pay bills because grandpa is having a hard time finding employment right now. Mom is staying at home with the 2 year old child. Their water has been shut off for approximately two weeks, using water jugs and traveling to other peoples homes to shower and do laundry. The family also is struggling with a roach infestation needing assistance with extermination. Fulfilling this need will improve the 2 year old and caregivers daily living and well-being as well as providing a sanitary household.
