A family is needing some help with a few items to help support a brother staying in the home of his adult sibling. The adult sibling recently obtained guardianship of him to prevent him from being placed in OKDHS custody. This was a last-minute situation for the family with no time to prepare. They are needing a few items to help make this transition smooth and as little disruption to his needs. He had no items to bring with him to his siblings home. He is currently wearing a size 7/8 shirt (closer to 8), size 5/6 pants, and shoe size 12. He wears a size 8 coat and does not have one for the upcoming cooler weather. He does attend a school that requires uniforms (Royal Blue, Navy Blue, and White Polo/khaki, black, and navy pants). He enjoys Super Mario and Minecraft. His favorite color is red. His sibling has a full-size mattress for him. During her recent move to a larger home (to accommodate him), they lost the hardware to his bedframe so his mattress is currently on the floor. She has requested, if possible, either a box spring or bed frame.

Medically fragile 6 month in need of assistance with cost for thickening gel. Child has had difficulty swallowing, digesting, and spitting up typical formulas. Following multiple attempts to find a thickening product that helps the child digest, while gaining the added nutrition the child has required, the foster parent has been recommended a product that has been working. The product is called "gelmix Infant Thickener" It can be found on amazon as it appears difficult to locate in stores. A 4.4 oz jar of the product will supply the child for 4.5 days. I have a natural mother who has been doing really well. The natural mother is currently looking for employment but is limited do to not having transportation and no money to purchase a bus pass. The natural mother is doing really well and has her infant child in the home with her. The bus pass will assist with her attending appointments for her infant child. The natural mother also has weekly visitation with her older three children, and this will help her attend her visitations.

I have a natural mother who is unemployed and not able to purchase her own bus pass. The natural mother needs assistance with a bus pass to attend her family time with her infant daughter, attend her treatment plan, and attend court hearings. The natural mother is also homeless at this time.

A kinship foster mother who is the grandmother to teen child placed with her has two shut off notices. One shut off notice is for electric and one shut off notice is for her gas. She also owes back rent to her landlord. This foster mother is currently trying to become fully approved but has had to miss some of her training due to her car breaking down and she has had to use much of her money to repair her car. I have confirmed these needs by receiving copies of her shut off notices. If these needs aren't met the child may have to placed in a traditional home and not stay with his grandmother whom he has had a relationship with during his entire life.

Two parents have worked extremely hard to get their baby back. They have done extraordinarily well. Income is tight, and they ride bikes to get where they need to go. A bike buggy to assist them in taking the baby with them would be super helpful. The child has been back in the home for a few months and is doing so well with his parents. Again a new or used bike buggy (they have bikes) would be fantastic to helping them.

I have a mother that has an in home petition. She is needing repairs for a broken front door and she's also in need of dressers for 2 of her children as the ones she currently has are broken. This would help strengthen this family so that clothes are not thrown around and can easily be found.

The mother has overcame several conditions and doing very well but is still in need of items when she obtains her housing. The maternal grandmother has storage unit in town that is willing to place the items received in storage unit until the housing is secure very soon. The mother is grateful and eager looking forward to any help to make her fulfilled with items. The mother is in need of living room furniture, kitchen table, any kitchen items and crib. I have also spoken with the mother's case worker that confirmed the mother is doing very well and moving forward with obtaining stable housing.
