Two parents have worked extremely hard to get their baby back. They have done extraordinarily well. Income is tight, and they ride bikes to get where they need to go. A bike buggy to assist them in taking the baby with them would be super helpful. The child has been back in the home for a few months and is doing so well with his parents. Again a new or used bike buggy (they have bikes) would be fantastic to helping them.

We are currently working with a mom who has found a stable home for her and her two kids (ages 1 and 5). She was approved for the home, but just needs help with her deposit so she can move in as soon as as possible. Mom just returned home from completing her out-of-state treatment, so does not have the ability to come up with the deposit in the time needed. She is needing assistance with the large deposit of $500. This home means a lot to her. It will allow her to have a stable place to reside while she secures a job that gives her a steady, reliable income and allows for her to maintain the home. She is looking forward to engaging in the rest of her services and is hopeful to being reunified with her children. We have a 3-year-old child that is currently having unsupervised visits with their father. The child is placed 90+ miles away from Tulsa and the father could use a help with gas expenses as the prices continue to rise. This father has been able to provide a home for him and his child and is waiting for Trial Reunification to begin while he makes multiple round trips to and from to see his child and is currently having overnight visits on Saturday's. Meeting this request will allow the father to continue to pick-up and drop-off his child on the weekends, help with a faster reunification date to occur and help maintain an attachment the father and child share with one another.

Foster parent needs a twin box spring for a bed for a child who has outgrown the crib. They have purchased several beds and now need a large bed. They have a mattress but just need a box springs. Please help to preserve this placement.

Parent in need of financial assistance paying for a required assessment on the ISP treatment plan. Family recently started a new job and is working to catch up on some bills. Completion of this assessment is one of the final barriers limiting the family from moving forward with reunification. Parents have been engaged in other services on their treatment plans and continue to make behavioral progress. Family is also in need of fuel cards to help with the cost of gas for family time visitation, completion of ISP assessment, and court hearing. The family has been very appreciative of the support they have received to date and appear to be making progress toward financial stability.

Foster mother recently took a sibling set of two to get them out of a shelter. She already has a sibling set of two and another adopted son. She has had to make a lot of accommodations and changes to her home to make the space possible to take the new sibling set. These children also came to her home with next to nothing so she is having to purchase a lot of items for them to get them ready for their new school. She requesting help with her electric bill. Worker has a copy of the bill and the payment can be made directly to the electric company.

Mom left Colorado with her three young children about 18 months ago, trying to get away from an abusive situation. After living in their car for a while, someone gave them a trailer to live in, where they only needed to pay lot rent. The trailer was full of junk, and in a state of disrepair, but Mom has worked hard, and managed to make the trailer safe for the children, but there is still a lot of work to be done. Mom has a car that wasn't running, so she scraped together money to buy a truck, but the head gasket blew on the way home. That has been repaired, but the truck is not in the least bit reliable. No transportation makes it impossible to find steady employment, and now her oldest son has broken two limbs (school playground mishap), and he will need to be transported to doctor's appointments. She has swallowed her pride, and asked for help from neighbors, but if she could get some assistance with repairs around the house, and reliable transportation, it would mean the world to her.

Grandpa, mom and 2 year old toddler live in the home. They are financially struggling to pay bills because grandpa is having a hard time finding employment right now. Mom is staying at home with the 2 year old child. Their water has been shut off for approximately two weeks, using water jugs and traveling to other peoples homes to shower and do laundry. The family also is struggling with a roach infestation needing assistance with extermination. Fulfilling this need will improve the 2 year old and caregivers daily living and well-being as well as providing a sanitary household.

Single mom and 15 year old daughter live together and are struggling financially. They have been without power due to not being able to pay their bill. Mom is struggling to find work but at this time cannot afford to pay to have the electric turned back on. Helping this family will ensure the child's quality of daily living.

We have a foster parent who stepped up when a placement was desperately needed for a hard to place teenager. Our kiddo, when placed, was excited to tell the worker that he had a homemade meal for the first time in a long time! This foster parent has not been fully approved and has an issue with the gas bill. After taking care of our custody child without payment, the foster mom went ahead and took placement of the sibling. These two had not lived together since coming into custody two years ago! The foster parent has gone beyond the call of duty, even spending time at the hospital with our teenager while he had open heart surgery and did all the follow up requirements after the surgery that included him having to have an oxygen tank. This foster mom has helped these kiddos so much, please help us to now help her.

A Young Father has just moved into an apartment and is set to begin overnight visits soon. Natural father has just begun working and prior to overnight visits beginning, he needs to have two beds for the children to sleep in while being with natural father. Natural Father is in need of community support to provide him with assisting Bunk beds.

I have a dad who is attempting to reunify with his three children. He needs help paying his Cricket phone bill. This father works for himself so without access to a phone he has no way to make contact with his clients.

Foster/Kinship placement of 2.5 yo girl needs a toddler bed. She is being placed today.

We are currently working with a mom of a 9 year old boy. She is doing great in engaging in services and is doing everything to reunite her family. Mom is currently struggling with the price of gas though. Her job has moved across town and it is a further commute. Additionally, her son is nearly 2 hours away. Worker is assisting in transporting mom to visit him, but she would like to be able to see him more. Phone calls are not enough. To top it off, her car is starting to have some issues starting. Mom is unsure of what the cause of the problem is. It would be greatly appreciated if she knew of a mechanic that would be willing to help her out and figure out what is wrong with her car. If not, the amount it would cost to visit a mechanic of her choosing. As I said, mom is doing everything in her power to reunite her family and trying to see him as much as she can. A biological mother needs help with utility bills. She has been working very hard toward reunification with her child. She has changed jobs to strengthen her sobriety, but is having trouble making ends meet as she is now left to take care of her rent and expenses alone. She currently has a couple overdue utility bills. We are asking for anyone who is willing to partner with her to help her with this expense. This will help her keep her utilities on to allow visitation with her child in her home and to allow her to keep her home as she works toward reunification. Kinship foster mom has stepped up to care for 4 nieces (13, 12, 2, 7 months. These girls have experienced a very traumatic, difficult life. The foster mom has rearranged her life and house to care for the children. She takes them to all their appointments and show a great deal of love and caring for them. She is doing an amazing job! The three older girls are having to share a room and the three beds make the room feel constricted. Foster mom is looking to get the girls a triple bunk bed. I have a medically fragile 6 year old who is ready for discharge next week and will be going into trial reunification with his bio mom. The hospital is requiring this mother to purchase a generator to support the child's ventilator incase of an emergency or loss of electricity when he is in her care. This mother is needing assistance with purchasing a generator or she could use a used one. The generator must have an inverter and be powered by gas or propane. Any financial help in any amount by one or multiple responders would be greatly appreciated by this family. Thank you!

I have a family in a situation where they do not have regular access to activities to keep entertained. The mom is asking for a portable DVD player so the kids can watch movies in a quiet environment when playing with toys is not an option. This will help keep the kids occupied and help lessen the behaviors related to boredom.
