Their hot water heater burst right after the Thanksgiving holiday and flooded their home resulting in all carpeting being removed and standing water in the bedrooms. The place is unsuitable to be lived in until the contractors can remove the water and fix the issue. This family is needing a place to stay for the duration of the repairs. This could be a hotel stay or something else. This father has worked hard to maintain placement of his son and provide for him and his special needs. I have a kiddo who just entered a new placement. With that new placement is a new school, which requires uniforms. We are needing help getting him the required clothing for his uniform. This will help the child stay in a good school while going through the difficulties of being in foster care. The type of uniform needed is a Collared Polo Shirt in: Red, Navy blue, light blue, or white. Slacks that are: Khaki, navy or black. He is about 8-10 in clothes.

This woman has had a lot of (too much) tragedy over the past several years; it's a lot to deal with while raising a child. This month the electric bill is way behind and disconnection is close to reality. We are serving 1 newborn male child, who was displaced and has now entered foster care (with 3 foster siblings in the home preceding him) with only the clothing, hospital blankets and bottles they were given by the hospital. The family is in need of all clothing necessities including about zip up sleeper onesies, baby blankets and bottles as soon as possible. The child is currently in newborn and 0-3 month clothing. The foster family has purchased all other necessities. The foster family is willing to accept clothing or whatever is given to them at this point. They just want to make sure this child's needs are met.

We will help with apartment set up, legal documents (like SS#), job placement, establishing medical care, enrolling their child in school, and much more.
