She is a frugal woman and I do not believe she will not abuse any gift she receives. The gifts will allow the home to be cleaned up which will reduce odor and flies. There is a family who is brand new to the area and are in a financial hardship. The family consists of 2 children and 2 adults. The family had to flee their situation in another city due to very unfortunate circumstances. Mom currently has advanced colon cancer and is unable to work or get out of the house much recently.
