Single mom who is completing treatment court is in need of deep pocket queen sheets. She was recently given a new mattress that is in good condition, but her old sheets which are full size don't fit.
A single mother who is completing treatment court and starting a trial home visit is needing a crib and mattress for her son. She has a pack n play but would prefer him to sleep in a crib for safer sleep. She also needs a box spring and bed frame or a bed frame that doesn't need a box spring for her full size bed.
A youth that is currently in foster care is in need of a twin-sized bed. In the home, they had recently dealt with a bed bug issue and had to get rid of her bed. The youth is currently sleeping on an air mattress.
I have two new youth who just came into care. One is a 6 year old boy and the other is a 8 year old girl. This placement usually hosts girls and the bed for the young boy is all in girl décor. A new bed for him would make him feel more comfortable and help him adjust to his new placement. He is a typical "boy-boy" who enjoys anything dealing with cars and Roblox. They would be so grateful for your help. Thank you.
Hello! I have a older foster youth, age 19, who is getting ready to have a baby the first of February. She lives in a Independent Living Arrangement with her boyfriend. She and her boyfriend both are working but once the baby is born she will not have any income coming in to help meet their financial needs. They recently moved from a temporary place to a more stable environment for them to bring their baby home to but this took most if not all their money to secure housing. Her boyfriend continues to work however he has been sick and has missed a significant amount of work. They are needing help with rent for February and utilities so they do not run the risk of being homeless with a newborn. This youth does plan on returning to working after 6 to 8 weeks after the birth but she does not have any money saved to use while she is on maternity leave. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Two sweet little girls (1 1/2 and 8 years of age) are placed in a licensed foster home and they would love a little extra support. The home is in need of a toddler bed to assure that they don't have to sleep together and can have their own bed. Placement has also asked if shoes could be provided as they came to her with torn shoes. They would be so very grateful for the help. Thank you for all you do.
Girl 1 is size 1 in shoes
Girl 2 is size 7c in shoes
A mom who has her child on a trial home visit has found herself about to lose her job. She is needing someone to replace the thermostat in her car. She has the new thermostat in her possession, she just needs someone to install it in the car as she is not mechanically inclined.

We are working with a family whose children are in state custody and working towards reunification with the parents.
The children are twins male age 12 and female age 12.
Parents live in a single wide trailer, two bedrooms, one bath. The front door is not completely attached, the door knob is falling off and the dead bolt is not there and has a towel/rag stuck in the opening where the dead bolt lock should be. There is no underpinning. Air is coming through all the windows and the curtains were observed moving. Their only source of heat is a wood stove in the kitchen. The children will share a bedroom when they reunify with their parents. The bedroom does not have a door.
The trailer needs underpinning and winterization to help heat the home during these frigid winter temperatures. The front door needs replaced and the windows. There are 5 windows that are broken.
Windows are $160 a piece.
Door is $400.
underpinning is around $1000.
We have a bio mother who has her two children on a trial home visit. Mom has worked wonderfully with Children's Division since her case opened 20 months ago. She has provided for her children with very little assistance. Mom maintains her home and vehicle on her own without assistance. Her 2 year old son has serious medical diagnosis including a recent diagnosis of cerebral palsy. This child is unable to walk and requires a wheelchair. The mom has been unable to afford to build a wheelchair ramp for her home which would assist her when bringing him in and out of the home. A standard wheelchair ramp is straight and does not turn the way she needs it to to be able to get the child in and out of the home; therefore, one would have to be built for their home. We are unsure of what the cost of materials and labor would be for this job. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Chad:
Our Lift disaster response team has built a couple ramps, and we can meet the family to see if we can build what they need. Please call me at 573–837–8687.
I have a family that has moved into a new rental house. During the move a bunk bed was broken. The beds were going to be used as single beds in separate rooms. One bed frame is still usable, but one is not. I would like to see if a twin size bed frame could be provided for this family. Thank you.
