A developmentally delayed 17-year-old girl who lives in a group home would like a TV and DVD player for her bedroom. Watching TV is a positive coping mechanism as it helps her relax by refocusing her attention. Having a TV in her own room would allow her to avoid arguments with the other girls over the communal TV and give her more of an incentive to disengage and regulate herself in her room when she's overstimulated by the activity in the home instead of becoming reactive in a negative manner. At the group home, there is no cable or streaming capabilities, hence the need for a DVD player. We've included links for combo TV/DVD players below to simplify her setup but would accept separate devices as well. My client is a single mother who is working towards reunification with her daughter. She has voluntarily agreed to take a hair follicle test in order to prove her sobriety. A set of grandparents are currently caring for their grandchild due to various concerns for the child in the care of their parents. The grandparents are needing a crib for the child as the parents did not provide them with one. Foster child is enrolled in ballet and would like to attend a recital that will cost $110 for the uniform and expenses to participate. Payment is due to the dance school by January 1, 2024 and the family is asking for some assistance towards that cost.

We are serving 1 newborn male child, who was displaced and has now entered foster care (with 3 foster siblings in the home preceding him) with only the clothing, hospital blankets and bottles they were given by the hospital. Catholic Charities will walk with this family thru immediate case management for 3 months after their arrival. We will help with apartment set up, legal documents (like SS#), job placement, establishing medical care, enrolling their child in school, and much more. Helping the family with household items is a huge way to help the family get established in Tulsa!

I have a bio mother that is currently incarcerated and would like to have visitation with her son. This mom is engaged in services while incarcerated and she hasn't been able to speak with her child since being in OKDHS custody.

A family needs a toddler bed, mattress, and bedding for their 2 year old daughter. Currently their daughter is sleeping with them in their bed or on a pallet on the floor. They are doing the best they can to provide for the needs of their family and a toddler bed would give their child a space of her own to sleep for safety and comfort. Worker priced beds on Walmart.com. Toddler beds range from $40 to $75, Crib mattresses $35 to $40, and Toddler bedding $25 to $35 (a crib sheet and blanket would be okay too)

Please help us continue to keep children safe and comfortable by assisting with getting beds for three children, ages 5, 9, and 11. These children live solely with their father, who is working to provide a safe home for them. The father is working to find employment, and has managed to get the children mattresses. The 9 and 11 year old share a mattress in their room, while the 5 year old has a mattress in her room. The father has put the needs of his children first, but needs an extra amount of help in order to improve his children's' lives. We appreciate any help given to this family. Blessings!
