Mother and her 3 children currently reside with her aunt. Aunt is watching the children while mother works each day. Aunt does not have any type of seating for the 2 older children in the living room area, where they spend most of their time doing activities or watching TV. The children are having to sit on the floor all day while they are home since they are currently out of school for the summer. The family is asking for assistance in some type of small chairs or bean bags for the 11yo and 6yo to use daily. 11mth old baby is outgrowing her bouncer and starting to roll out of it. Baby is needing a more appropriate seating for her age to be able to sit or nap in where she cant get out of.

The mother has one more service to work, in order to be reunited with her baby boy. The class is not paid for by DFPS, and she cannot afford the service herself. This assistance will really help this case and family.

The family dynamic consists of a single mother and three children. Mother has been displaced since the hurricane in 2024 and is in desperate need of financial support for a hotel room or a shelter that has beds available for the family.

Mom is struggling financially and is looking for employment. Her disability assistance was cut, and she is needing assistance with her utility bill. She has until the 20th to pay or her electric be shut off. Mom is needing help paying this bill.

A 12-year-old adopted girl has a strong interest in participating in competitive gymnastics over the summer. Her adoptive mother is seeking any available resources or funding assistance to help make this opportunity more ongoing.

Mom is participating in services to get better to be a better parent. She has 4 children ranging from 11 to 6 weeks old. She is a single mom with no help from their dad. She needs help with her utilities since she has been out of work since having her newborn. She is returning to work in 1-2 months; however her electricity was just recently turned off. She can maintain it if it gets reinstated however she fell behind while on maternity leave.

1- and 2-year-old boys in need of toddler beds, mattresses, and sheets.

Twin 7-year-olds need bunk beds in order to move back in with their parents and no longer need to live with other family members.

3 Children require proper car seats for their age and development to ensure they are properly restrained in any vehicle reducing the risk of injury or death.

Child 1 age 4 requires 5 pt harness seat that can convert to booster in the future.

Child 2 requires booster seat bottom portion only

Child 3 requires booster seat bottom portion only

I am reaching out to request assistance in securing appropriate sleeping arrangements for a family of 5. The family consists of one adult and four children under the age of 4. Two of four children currently do not have beds. They would greatly benefit from either two twin beds or a full-size bed to ensure the children have a safe and comfortable place to sleep. Any support in providing these items would be appreciated.
