The agency is involved with a family who needs help getting a bed for their 12 year old son.

Mom's Wraparound Coordinator reached out to me to share mom has fallen behind on her rent and has spent the last few weeks reaching out to every resource available for help. Mom is raising her child alone and has been working with community organizations throughout the year successfully to keep her kiddo on track which has made significant impact and gains in school, but has financially gotten behind. Helping her with her rent would allow her to continue to staying on track to ensure her child is able to continue his much needed services, and housing security.

The family we are involved with has 2 sons, one is an infant in the home with some physical disabilities. The family just moved into a new home and they are in need of a lock box/small safe for the home to ensure the children in the home stay safe. The infant in the home is in need of a new formula. The formula has just been changed due him struggling with his old formula, however the parents have not received the new prescription and have not been able to get cans of this formula. As on 5/21 they did have one can that was already opened. I would like to get the family 4 cans so they can have a little extra until WIC can get them started on the new prescription.

A mother has reached out desperate and seeking rental assistance. Although she is married with a husband that is working, they both have low waged jobs. Mom's car broke down and they used their income to repair the car, so parents were able to get to work and children to school. During the time the car was down, Mom missed work and lost hours. Also, during this time Mom has taken custody of her two younger brothers. This has rattled this family more than just financially, and left with a semi working car and behind in rent to a hefty tune of $2,300. Helping this family with their rent will insure that stability and security will be in the home, as they try to navigate through a trying season in their lives. This is a family that could really use the support of a church community not only to provide the current need of rental help, but to help walk side them as they journey through life.

A mother of 3 that has maintained a stable job is in need of a gas card. Her employer has cut her hours, however has started back more consistently this week. Due to the lack of hours it has led to her not having enough money for gas. If she does not have gas she will not be able to get to work. I am asking for $40 for her for a gas card. Any amount even if it is less, will be much appreicated!

Working with a family where the child has been recently reunified. The child has special needs and get the majority of her nutrition through Pedi sure and a feeding tube. The family is attempting to get benefits and are struggling to getting WIC started which covers the Pedia Sure. Trying to assist this family in the mean time. They are also in need of diapers. The importance of having your water is critical on so many levels to a child's well being. This single mom of 3 is facing disconnect and just needs $90 to cover the rest of the bill due today. She has worked hard to get most of the bill covered but is struggling and almost out of time to cover the remaining balance! Thank you for considering!

The agency is in process of reunifying a family. The family is in need of 3 twin beds for their children ages 8, 13, and 3 (two boys and one girl). They will also need appropriate bedding.

One of the barriers our families often face is not being able to afford to put their students into school sports due to the cost associated. This student has expressed to mom that he wants to play football and attend football camp this summer and Mom really wants to support him in this decision but cannot financially. This student has made great strides academically this year and wants to try something new. We are looking for someone willing to help cover the cost of camp ($30) and provide a pair of cleats so he can attend football camp this summer. Thank you!

This student recently broke his bike and has attempted multiple times to fix it with no luck. He uses the bike to get around the community for school, sports, and summer work as both his parents work and mom is finishing up radiation for her breast cancer.
