I'm reaching out to ask for a little help. One of the foster children in my foster homes is in need of a new mattress. Due to some behavioral struggles they're working through, their current mattress has been damaged beyond repair.

This child is going through a tough time, and a clean, comfortable place to sleep would really make a difference in their stability and sense of safety. If you’re able to contribute toward a new twin mattress or know of any resources or gently used options, it would mean a lot.

A local single mother of two is working hard to build a stable and secure future for her family. Despite facing a few recent setbacks, she has remained determined and resilient, doing everything she can to create a safe and nurturing environment for her children.

With the help of community partners, she has found temporary shelter in a travel trailer while she saves toward a more permanent home. While this space meets their immediate needs, the sleeping arrangements are limited. To help support her efforts and improve their current living situation, we’re requesting a king-size RV mattress and a queen-size RV mattress.

Providing these items would offer much-needed comfort and help this mom continue moving forward with dignity and hope. Thank you for considering how you can be a part of her journey toward lasting stability.

We have a child in foster home that since placed is thriving and growing faster than the caregiver can keep up with the cost of purchasing new clothes. The caregiver has asked for items to include: underwear, socks, short/shirt sets, and size 10.5 shoes. This will help the caregiver continue to provide care for the child in her home.

A family has experienced a loss of a loved one and has now taken on the addition of 3 of their children. They are in need of food and household items as the cost of their living expenses and other daily needs have increased substantially in addition to the cost of the burial expenses.

A mother of seven children ranging in age from 18 to 2 is doing her best to create a safe, nurturing environment for her family despite having limited resources. Recently gifted a trailer, she is in the early stages of making it a livable home but currently lacks essential furniture and household items. Providing her with a full or queen-size bed for herself, twin beds for her youngest children, a couch, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, and towels would dramatically improve the family’s daily life. These basic items support healthy sleep, meal preparation, hygiene, and shared family time—all of which are vital to stability and well-being. They would also allow this mother to continue her selfless commitment to others, such as adopting a 14-year-old child in need of a home. By meeting these practical needs, her household can become a stronger, more functional, and loving environment for all of the children under her care.

I have a student who is 15 yrs of age who attends our high school and her and her mother who is on a heart transplant list is in desperate need. They are being evicted in three days and have nowhere to go. We are asking for someone to place them in a hotel for a couple of weeks until mom is able to get a place to stay. Thank you in advance.

The child is being reunified with the mother, and is requesting a full size bed. She currently has a twin and states that the bed is old and she needs more space. She is also requesting a bed frame.

The child has been in this foster placement for months. She is wanting to enter a pageant and the foster parents are not able to provide the entrance fee or whatever else would be needed to enter and compete in the pageant. The child is placed with 2 of her 3 siblings and the foster parents are struggling to make sure that their bills are being paid, and that the children are able to do some sort of extracurricular activity.
