This is a family with a single mother raising her nine children three that are school age. male age 13, male age 13, male age 11, male age 9, female age 8, and female age 7. The mother is needing assistance with getting back packs for the children. This would help the mom financially and help with her obtaining other things the children may need for school.

A single mother who is struggling financially due to the effects of a domestic abuse situation, is in need of clothing for her kids and some household items. All children and their mother are under a lot of stress due to PTSD now that they are in a safe place. Items can be new or gently used.

Clothing sizes:

14 yr old girl- Shirts: Blouses: Women’s Small-Medium, Tshirts: Women’s Large. Pants: Medium or Size 4 Shoe: Size 7.5 women’s

13 yr old girl- Shirts: Women’s small Pants: Small or size 2-4 Shoe: Size 7 women’s

12 yr old girl- Shirts: Women’s Medium Pants: Medium or Size 4 Shoes: Size 7.5 women’s

10 yr old boy- Shirts & Pants: Youth size Medium or Boys 10/12 Shoes: Boys youth Size: 4.5

Household items needed (New or gently used):

• Bath towels -Twin and queen size fitted sheets -Sheet pans for cooking/baking -Large frying pan -Coffee maker

The home has not been thoroughly cleaned and the family can no longer contain it without assistance. It is important that the home is cleaned for the infant's well-being.

The family inherited their home from paternal great grandmother. They are in need of a one-time yard maintenance service as the yard is overgrown and unable to manage with a push mower alone. The child is one-year-old and enjoys playing outside - however, the tall grass and debris provides a safety hazard for the child.

Additionally, the family owns a riding mower that is in need of repair - if there is an option to help with this as well.

Mom has recently been successfully discharged from rehab and is not employed. She is needing a toddler bed for her 14-month-old and 2T-4T pull-ups if possible.

The 2-year-old child has special needs. There is a 1-year-old sibling that does not have special needs. The father is the primary caregiver for the children and he resides with his "fictive" parents. The father is currently caring for the fictive grandfather due to major health problems and is not gainfully employed. The Department assisted the family with finding daycare so that the father can find employment more quickly. At the moment, the father relies on the fictive grandparent's income and his son's disability income to meet all their financial needs.

A single mother of three children is in need of a custody modification and she is unable to pay for the $200 court fee that will allow the chance for her three children to be in her custody primarily.

A single mother who has three daughters ages 7,6, and 4 are in need of school clothing and shoes. The mother is pregnant with a baby girl and is due 9/23. The baby needs a bassinet. Clothes and bassinet can be new or gently used. Mother is in need of blankets, dishes, and pillow covers for new apartment.

Children CANNOT wear logos or brands to school, and it must be solid shirts. 7 yr old is a size 9/10 in clothes and a 12 in shoes 6 yr old is a size 7/8 in clothes and a 12 in shoes 4 yr old is a size 5T and a size 10 1/2 in shoes

There is an infestation of roaches in the home and the home is very dirty and needs to be cleaned to ensure that the baby is able to thrive.

This mother is doing everything she can to get back on her feet after surviving a deeply traumatic domestic violence relationship. She is the caregiver of her one-year-old child and is currently pregnant, preparing to bring another life into the world while still navigating the emotional and financial aftermath of abuse. Despite the overwhelming challenges she faces, she continues to show strength, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to creating a safe, stable, and loving environment for her children. She is in current need of support and resources to help her rebuild and move forward not just to survive, but to thrive.

Mother has recently become a single parent. She was reliant on her spouse to meet all of the family's needs but has since been leaning on her family support system and community resources to rebuild for her and her 5 children. She is currently unemployed but looking for jobs. She recently informed me she gathered items to sell in her home so she could buy the children's school clothes but when she left the home, someone went in her backyard and stole her item's and now she has no money to purchase the children's school clothing. She has requested assistance form the department in getting school uniforms and shoes for her 3 oldest children.
