We have a young adult 20yrs old that has moved into her own apartment that she will reside in after she ages out. She is working a paying all of her bills. She just needs of a few household items to make this apartment a home. This includes a couch (request black or dark grey), dresser, coffee/end tables (request glass). She also has to have oral surgery soon that will require her mouth to be wired shut and her to be out of work for a while. So, we have a few special requests such as a blender (will only be able to eat pureed foods while mouth is wired shut), hygiene products (shampoo/conditioner, body wash, lotion) and cleaning supplies (dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, toilet cleaner, all-purpose spray).

A foster home needs a bunk bed to be able to care for siblings (boys) and enable them to remain. This is so important for these siblings to remain together. If we dont have a bunk bed for them they would have to be split up and we dont want this to happen to these two children.

The child in need is a 13-year-old female. He enjoys drawing and painting and has hopes of joining the softball and track team for the upcoming school year. She is placed with her aunt and is in need of a Twin-size bed in order to preserve her placement with family.

We have a young teen that just moved into an apartment to start a life of her own and she really needs a washer and a dryer in order to have easy access to wash and dry her clothes. She has taken in her sister and nephew who were in an abusive home and is helping care for them as well. This would help this young lady immensely if anyone has a gently used washer and dryer or would like to purchase one for a discounted price. WE NEED A SIDE BY SIDE WASHER AND DRYER.

This organization, OT2GO, houses teenagers that are aging out of foster care and helps them learn life skills and independence in order to be successful in life. The majority of our teenagers do not have driver's license or any other means of transportation. These teenagers are trying to keep their jobs but can't afford transportation to and from their work. Most of them are new to their jobs and haven't received a paycheck to afford transportation. If anyone would be willing to provide an uber gift care we would greatly appreciate it. We transport as many of them as we can but we are a very small team doing the best we can! Thank you so much!

The family is in need of several different things to maintain a safe and healthy living environment. There are three children and a mother who resides in an apartment complex in a rural area. The mother tries her best to care for her children as much as she can. The home is in need of some cleaning as well and the mom tries her best to clean what she can because it consists of 2 1/2 bathrooms and 6 rooms upstairs. The SW did notice a couple of things the family may need in the home to be able to live comfortably and that includes some comforter sets for the children/ mother, bedding frames, and clothing. Also, the mother had food assistance but, now she is unable to provide food for her family due to a situation where her benefits were stolen so, she is need of food. The mother is also in need of clothing as well. There are two girls who were a size 10/12 and 5T and the little boy wears a size 14/16. The mother stated she wears a S/M in shirts and a 10/12 in pants. The children have queen mattresses in their room with no bedding frames/comforters, and the mother has a twin mattress in her room but, would like to find her a queen bed with mattress and comforter set included.

I am a school social worker seeking help for a fifth grader and her family at an elementary school I serve. The family experienced a house fire on Easter resulting in them losing their home and all of their possessions. Thankfully no one was hurt during the house fire but the family is currently in need of a plethora of support. The family is currently housed in a Best Western Hotel in Homewood, AL but we are unaware of how long they will be able to be housed at this location. The student is doing well physically but having challenges mentally and as a result has not returned to school. The student also does not have many clothing items and is need of clothes and shoes. The student clothing sizes are are Size 12- pants, size 14 shirts, size 8 underwear, size 32/ A bra size. The family is also in need of food and hygiene items such as toothbrush and toothpaste, soap, deodorant, hair care products, washing detergent, lotion, etc. This family is doing their best to manage this tragic situation and is welcoming any and all help.

A relative has stepped up to become a foster parent to care for a medically fragile child. The baby is doing well but requires alot of medical care and appointments. She has done a wonderful job caring for the baby and we would like to support her in anyway that we can.
At first the baby could not walk do to her condition but she is now becoming mobile. She needs a baby walker-the kind with the hole in the middle with wheels and a baby gate like thing to contain her in the center of the living room so can move but not get into anything that may harm her. Diapers size 3

We are able to secure a home placement for a 15 year old female in foster care. She is with a family who she has a connection with and she needs to remain in this home for her school purposes. we are in the process of licensing this single mother to care for this teenage girl. The 15-year-old teenage girl is in need of a full-size bed for this home.

Once the need is met the child's needs will be maintained by her guardian and the child as she recently acquired her employment. I have a mother of three children that recently moved into a new apartment and has some financial struggles that need to be addressed due paying the down payment and getting utilities turned on. The mother and children are all in need of beds with all the necessities including bedding. There is 12-year-old female, two boys one 4-year-old and 2-years old. They need a bunk bed, and a toddler bed. They need mattresses and bedding as well! All children will need a mattress and pillow. A maternal grandmother has agreed to take her 3 grandchildren after the mother and baby tested positive for drugs. The grandmother didn't want the children to enter foster care and to remain together. She is in need of some items to achieve this goal. She is need of a baby tub as well. THANKS!!
