After being separated in foster care, two sisters are reunited and working to strengthen their bond. The youngest has joined our discipleship program, seeking growth in faith. She arrived with only the clothes on her back and is currently sleeping bedless, in addition to needing clothing and cleaning supplies. Your support will help create a stable, nurturing home and aid in their journey. The youngest says this experience would humble her. Please prayerfully consider helping this family in need.

A mother and her three children have recently transitioned from a shelter into a new home and are in need of essential household and personal care items. They could greatly use support with cleaning supplies, dish soap, laundry detergent, and hygiene products such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. Additionally, the family is in need of bath towels and dish towels. Any assistance you can provide would mean so much to them as they begin this new chapter. One of our 6th grade male students recently had his bike, which was his main means of transportation to and from school, stolen from the school grounds. This bike was a special Christmas gift, and it helped him get to school every day. His family is currently facing challenges and is unable to replace it at this time. Through Safe Families a host family will be supporting a family for the next six months while a parent takes time to enter a program. This parent is taking the needed steps to get healthy so the family can be stronger together. The host family will be caring for 4 children during this time. The family is recognizing the amount of essentials that they are going through with 4 extra children. Any support with these items would be appreciated by the family.

Below is a list of essentials. There are now 10 people in the home so things are going quick!

• Paper towels, paper plates/bowls, napkins, toilet paper.
• Prepackaged snacks: kids like: peanut butter filled pretzels, acai bowls from Costco, sour cream ruffles, cheddar ruffles, limon lays, any type of berry.

A young family of 2 children ages 1 and 7 years old are requesting a washer and dryer as they moved into a house from an apartment. The couple have been here from Venezuela for about 2.5 years and help out at Centro Cristiano a Las Naciones with leading music. They moved from an apartment which had a washer and dryer and now they need to provide for their own. The father is looking for work and does odd jobs to help pay for rent, bills, food, clothing, etc. A washer and dryer will help mom take care of her kids so that they will be able to attend school and help their hygiene. We are requesting support for a mother and her three children who have recently moved from a shelter into a new home and are in urgent need of basic furnishings. The family currently has very limited household items, and the mother has specifically requested a small dining table so they can sit together for meals, as well as several lamps, as there is no lighting in their new space. Providing these essential items will significantly improve their living conditions and help create a stable, comfortable environment as they begin rebuilding their lives.

Her 15-year-old daughter has recently been the victim of domestic violence. The young girl was severely attacked by her boyfriend and is now in critical condition. As a result, the mother is staying in a hotel nearby to be by her daughter’s side during this incredibly challenging time.

Due to the circumstances, the mother is in desperate need of support to continue staying close to her daughter while ensuring her own well-being. Your help in providing hotel accommodations would be a great blessing and relief for this family during such a heartbreaking ordeal.

This family is doing everything they can to survive, but they need help. Providing beds, a dining table, and a couch would bring a sense of comfort and stability back into their lives. These basic items would give them a chance to rest, eat together, and feel safe—something every child deserves.
