The family is on a fixed income and can't afford a safety gate for the child. A safety gate is being requested to assist the family to keep the 1 yr old child away from unsafe areas.

The mother and children were in an unsafe situation and had to come to Orlando. The mother does not have sleeping arrangements for the 4 month old twins. The family could use assistance with two pack n plays to provide safe sleeping for the children.

Grandma is in need of formula until she can establish WIC services. The formula is Enfamil A.R. (added rice). Grandma could also use some Pampers size 3 and wipes. Thank you.

Unexpectedly, Grandma has taken new granddaughter. Grandmother was not prepared. Grandmother needs assistance until funds become available. Her needs are for stroller, baby bathtub, diapers size 1 & wipes, blanket, hooded towel, onesies & t shirts 0-3 months, even flow bottles 4 & 8 oz, bottle brush, diaper bag, pack n play, bouncy seat, comb, brush, nail clipper set, diaper pail, tummy time pad, socks, advent pacifier, and baby laundry soap. There is a aunt who is caring for her 2-year-old niece at the moment to avoid the child from entering foster care. The child was found at home with no food or clothing, and this is how the aunt received the child. The aunt is needing some items for the child. Clothing- size 2T-3T Shoes- size 7 Diaper- size 2T-3T Grocery items for the child- 1% milk, goldfish, granola bar, fruit loops cereal, toaster waffles, apple juice, oatmeal and rice.

I am reaching out on behalf a disabled senior citizen gentleman who is currently in urgent need of support. I kindly requesting a bus pass to ensure that he receive proper nourishment and support during this challenging time. The individual is working toward rebuilding stability in his life. We are requesting assistance with monthly Bus Pass for Transporation to get around Orlando to Food pantry as he is unable to drive currently. He recently had a financial set back and the loss of his home. Which is currently experiencing a crisis due to unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your time and consideration. The mother is a single parent on a fixed income and cannot afford a sleeping arrangement for the 2-yr old boy. A toddler bed is being requested to help provide the child with a safe sleeping arrangement.

The mother is a single mom. She is asking for help with getting bunk beds for her children. She just moved and is unable to afford the bedding at the moment. the children do not have beds currently.

The caregiver has taken the children in due to the mother not being able to care for them. The mother did not provide any of thier clothing and the current caregiver is seeking assistance of clothing at this time. The clothing sizes are Girls size 7-8 clothes and size 4 shoes. Boys size 2t-3t for clothes and 2-3 for toddler shoes.

The mother is a single parent with three children ages 5,4, and 3. The mother is trying to get on her own feet and recently moved to a safe new location. The family does not have any furniture. The family was referred to Mustard Seed for furniture, but the mother cannot afford the $200 onetime fee in order to get the furniture. The payment can be made via phone. Assistance with the payment is being requested so that the mother and children can have a fresh start.

Assistance with any cleaning supplies is being requested to assist the mother to provide the children with a clean n safe home.

Need help for a single mother of 2 that is unemployed and looking for work. She doesn't have income at the moment and needs help to get a bus pass so she can go to interviews. Finding work will help the family get stabalized.
