One of our very own families, who faithfully serves every weekend, is currently facing a difficult season. They are in need of support with rent and groceries this month to get back on track and not fall behind.

one of our church members car was repossessed this weekend after already having been charged off months ago. they are requesting help with the amount of $5,000. This is the amount we were behind in payments, plus the fees to get it out of the impound lot.

We have a single mom in our church who is working hard to care for her two little girls. She’s doing her best but has recently fallen behind on bills and could use help getting back on her feet. We want to come alongside her in this season and show her that she’s not alone. Let’s rally together to help this sweet family in a big way.

A member of our church is in need of assistance with his family's rent. This family has 6 children all under the age of 12. The dad is working two jobs to make ends meet. Meeting this need will help alleviate this church family from this financial burden!

Hey BattleCreek church family! We have been connected to a recent kinship placement. The maternal aunt has stepped in as an out-of-home safety monitor for her teenage nephew, providing him with a safe and stable environment while the family works through ongoing challenges. Unfortunately, the aunt’s food stamp benefits were recently hacked, leaving her without critical resources to feed her household. She is doing her best to provide for the teen and maintain stability, but with limited income and no access to her food benefits for the rest of the month, she is struggling to meet their basic needs. We are asking for support in providing assistance for their utility bill this month. Even the smallest amount helps!

I am writing on behalf of a dedicated and hard-working individual whose life has taken an unexpected and devastating turn due to a serious, undiagnosed neurological condition. She was financially stable until her symptoms arose.

Even though she is a young adult, she has served our church for several years, and held a full-time and part-time job. Unfortunately, she is now facing a deeply challenging situation. What began as subtle symptoms has progressed into a debilitating condition that has brought about several seizures a week and has weakened one side of her body, making it impossible for her to continue working and supporting herself. She has been placed on unpaid medical leave, and will not be able to return to work for several months.

Despite numerous medical appointments, tests, and evaluations, the exact nature of the condition remains undiagnosed. While doctors continue to investigate and provide care, the costs associated with ongoing medical treatments, and basic living expenses have placed an overwhelming financial strain on her. Her monthly expenses, not including food, are over $2500 a month, but her disability insurance supplies less than $750.

We are humbly asking for your support during this difficult time. Any financial assistance — no matter the amount — will go directly toward covering essential medical care, daily living costs, and other urgent needs as she navigates this uncertain and frightening chapter of life.

Mother and dad of newborn have been living in their car for 14 months. Baby is now 2 months old. They both work and pay car payments but cannot afford to get established in an apartment or home. Baby is growing and they are in desperate need to have a different living situation for their family. They have been sleeping in a classroom on the floor of our church 3 nights a week, for this past month and the church cannot sustain this arrangement indefinitely. They are very polite, hardworking, clean and cooperative. We have prayed about this and believe a camper would be the best goal for them at this time. They can afford an RV park with utilities and start to get a lead on a permanent residence.
