The foster home currently have a child in their home and wanting to take placement of his sibling to help keep the siblings together through to reunification.

Natural mother and a Natural father to three kids and stepdad to one are in need of help with transportation. We are asking for $50 in bus passes so that both parents can make it to appointments and to work. This need will help them beat the weather and help to strengthen the family as a whole.

The Department currently has an open CPS investigation on this family due to mom's mental health. Mom is actively seeking mental health treatment, and both mom and dad are demonstrating adequate protective capacities. The dad had to quit his job to be home with the mom in order to care for her, and the family is struggling financially. The family's home was affected by the recent tornado and their home lost power, and all of their food went bad. When their power was restored, their refrigerator appeared to have shorted and is no longer functioning. The family has very limited groceries and has no way of keeping their food frozen/refrigerated now. There are 4 children under the age of 8 living in the home.

Bio mom and child are doing well together. Bio mom was a substitute teacher during the school year, but hours have dwindled in the past month, and she is now in need of assistance for her electricity bill and her car insurance. Bio mom is currently looking for work and is in the process of interviewing for a couple places. In the meantime, she needs help to keep her electric services and transportation. Assistance will help strengthen this family and reduce stress.

I am hoping to get help for a family. I have a family consisting of a single working mother and 8 kids. They were put out of their home due to a fire. The family has exhausted all supports they have and due to work schedule, shelters have not worked out. The family is currently in need of a place to stay. The family is in need of financial assistance for a hotel stay for 3-7 days. Meeting this need for the family will allow the family a place of stability while continuing to work towards a housing arrangement.

Hello, Natural Mother just reunified with her 4 minor children and is in need of groceries until she receives her food stamps on July 1st. The natural mother would greatly appreciate assistances with $100 worth of groceries for herself and her 4 minor children. Thank you so much!

Please, help this family with a 40 gallon gas water heater. This family has worked really hard towards reunification, they have inherited a house and there are things that need to be worked on before the children can come home. Having a home with a working water heater is one of the few things holding this family back form being together. Anything helps. Thank you!

Minor client recently entered out of home care. Minor client is placed in kinship placement with paternal aunt. The placement of the minor child who has some special needs and placing with family to keep her with family to aid in her being less stressed. The foster mother (paternal aunt) has reported that she needs assistance with a toddler bed and mattress and booster car seat with a back. These items are appreciated to assistance the family.

Please assist with funds for "Pro-active parenting" classes at Family and Children's Services. The cost in full is $80 and the foster mother is hoping to complete the classes soon.

An aunt and uncle took in their two nephews (11 & 15) and niece (9). The three children were previously being neglected in several ways, and need new shoes for the summer. These children are respectful, smart, and active. They enjoy bike riding and walking around their neighborhood, which has worn their shoes down. Please help if you can!
