Family of 6 - electricity has been disconnected. Father works but mother is recently disabled due to a recent diagnosis of cancer. Family is in need of help with getting their electricity reconnected. Assisting this family would ensure that they have electricity in their home and improve their quality of life.

This family is currently in a Temporary Alternative Placement Agreement with Children's Division. The great grandmother of the child has taken full caretaking responsibility while the father works on substance abuse treatment. The new addition to the great grandmothers responsibilities has taxed her ability to financially make ends meet. The child needs to attend daycare so the great grandmother can work during the day and recently she paid for the childs daycare from her funds saved for rent.

By helping make up the funds she needed to take from her rent and paying for the remaining balance of the daycare this family will continue to care for the 3 year old child with autism while the father receives the substance abuse treatment he desperately needs.

This family's main income is disability. The family has weekly therapy appointments, inpatient/outpatient program, and medical appointments that must be made. Through community support we were able to get the part needed for the car to get it up and running. The grandmother is requesting 2 tires due to both back tires being on donuts. If we are able to get 4 better used tires to ensure safety and longevity it would be greatly appreciated.

This is a family that has been working with Children's Division for several months now and has been trying to clean the home without much success. They have requested assistance with getting a dumpster so they can remove clutter and other things they do not need in order to get the house truly clean.

With the house clean the family will be able to work on other problems and will be one huge step closer to thriving again.

This family is currently working with Children's Division through Family Centered Services and the children are out of the home and with relatives due to the conditions of the home. The family is requesting a dumpster at the home so they can remove items in the home they they do not need or are now so unsanitary they can no longer be kept.

By fulfilling this need, this family will be one massive step closer to reunifying and the children, parent, and grandmother will be far more healthy moving forward.

Single mom of 4 kids; mom and dad are not together but up until recently they were co-parenting well and sharing expenses well. Dad has not been helping mom with the car payment as agreed upon. Mom is one month behind on the payment and is not sure how she will get caught up. Mom needs a safe mode of transportation to get the kids to/from school and herself to/from work. Total due is $631. Any help is very appreciated!

This hard working, expecting mom had a challenging situation with work while pregnant, and she got behind on her rent. She has gained new employment and is actively looking for additional income, but she needs help getting caught up. Any small portion of help would be appreciated to help her get back on her feet as she gets ready to welcome baby!

Our schools' nursing offices are low in needed supplies! We have sent out family requests from time to time and that helps meet some, but not all of the need. Elementary children will sometimes have bathroom accidents and need a fresh pair of pants that are not available. There are also feminine hygiene needs in higher grades where new clothing is required. Having appropriate clothing on hand allows the children to stay in school and not have to go home or wait for a parent to take time off work to run home and get clothes-sometimes causing lost wages. It avoids embarrassment and shame by having needed item quickly on hand to offer student. We know the request is high and don't expect request to be fully met- any partial help is appreciated!

This is a hard working mom of 2 young boys seeking safety after trafficking. She has established housing and has necessary papers but is in need of basic items - beds bedding housing items etc. for her boys and apartment. They came with nothing but basic clothes. Older child is a size 6-7, shoe size 1.5; younger 5-6, shoe size 12.5 or 13; mom Small shirts, medium pants, 8.5 shoes.

Biological mother has successfully reunified with her teen daughter. Mother is seeking support to make the family home safer. Mother is requesting outdoor cameras (2) for the exits that she can speak through via an app, such as the Ring cameras. The youth has behavioral and mental health needs, and while she is well supported in the home, the added security is a bonus as there are times she will be alone for a short time while mother is returning from work just after the youth gets off the school bus.
