a mother who has been kicked out of a home and is currently homeless and has no transportation and is expecting within a week give or take and has missed multiple doctors appointments. We are trying to get hotel room for at least a few nights to get her to doctors appointments and find her a shelter

Mom is needing assistance with getting her water turned back on. It has been off or a little bit and she is getting access to water to eat, cook, and clean themselves but this has been an ongoing issue that she is struggling to get back on

We are seeking new clothing items or gift cards for a 17-year-old girl who has experienced more hardship than any child should ever have to endure. After time in foster care, she was placed in a guardianship that, sadly, led to further abuse. She has since been safely removed but is starting over with nothing.

When she arrived today, she was wearing sandals that were literally breaking at the seams. She is in desperate need of new clothes and especially new shoes.

With her 18th birthday coming up, we want to do more than just meet her physical needs — we want her to feel seen, valued, and supported.

We are asking for new clothing in the following sizes:

Shirts: Medium

Bottoms: X-Small

Underwear: Women’s Small (4–6)

Shoes: Women’s Size 8

If you prefer, gift cards to stores like Walmart or Amazon are also greatly appreciated so she can pick out items that make her feel confident and comfortable.

During her time at the advocacy center, she quietly wrote “Genesis 1:1 – ‘In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth’” on a blank piece of paper — a simple yet powerful reminder that despite everything she’s been through, she is choosing to trust that God is still in control.

Help us show this young woman that she is not alone, and that she is surrounded by a community ready to lift her up with love, dignity, and hope.

This foster family took placement of a teen, but they are in need of a bed for the custody child to help ensure they meet foster care policy for sleeping arrangements. Currently the custody child is having to sleep on the couch until a bed is found.

The foster parents of a medically fragile child have been covering the cost of a specialized formula out of pocket. The child was recently transitioned to this formula due to persistent vomiting and is also tube fed. Since the change, the child has shown notable weight gain after previously being diagnosed with failure to thrive. The foster family is seeking assistance to help cover the cost of the formula until WIC benefits begin and can take over the expense.

A struggling biological mother with two children and one on the way is in need of assistance to help pay a portion of her rent. She has had some very unexpected things, such as car repairs, happen this month, which caused her to become short on her rent. This biological mother has worked really hard to get her children back, as she has completed most of her services. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Family of four, three being school aged; 2 girls, 5 and 6, and 1 boy, 9 years old, need assistance with their air conditioner in the vehicle. Vehicle is a mid size SUV. The children live with their mother. Mother works full time but is unable to afford the cost of repair. Due to the heat and the age of her children any assistance will help.

Two children in an adoptive home have the opportunity to attend Seminole State College Kids on Campus summer camp for two days to be able to have additional educational learning and adventures. This camp will include art, cooking, greenhouse, fitness, Legos and music. The children are really wanting to attend but unfortunately the foster parent is unable to pay the camp fee on her budget. There isn't any type of assistance for the children. The worker has reached out to Cherokee Nation their tribe and they are not able to provide any type of financial assistance. The check can be made out directly to Seminole State College - Kids on Campus.

Mom and son in Trial Reunification. Mom utilizes food stamps, community market, and tribal assistance but is in need this month of help with groceries. She is on a fixed income and says her property taxes and home insurance rates continue increasing making it difficult to make ends meet since she cannot work. She's requesting help with groceries this month.

This computer is for a 17-year-old boy that was brought into custody in October of 2024. His mom is a single mother of three children. He has two 10-year-old twin siblings, one of which was placed in a local hospital due to her extreme medical needs and medical neglect. After many months recovering in the hospital, his sibling was finally healthy enough to be released into his grandparent's care alongside this 17-year-old boy. Throughout his life, this boy has always taken care of his siblings when mom couldn't. He cleaned the home, made meals, and helped the twins with homework. When he was placed into foster care with his grandparents, he was able to receive the parenting he desperately needed and started to focus on himself and his schoolwork. He now works 20 hours a week and attends full time school. He is very excited and motivated to attend college and is working to save money for a much-needed laptop. He has been able to save a small amount while he is fully supporting himself to take some financial pressure off of his grandparents. He has always been a supportive brother and has taken care of his siblings since they were born. Now that he has an opportunity to focus on his own life, he is really taking control and being a wonderful young adult. Please help him on this journey into adulthood by helping him purchase this laptop he needs and put a little gas in his tank to get him on his way!! I have a single father of 4, he has a job and a vehicle but the air conditioning in his Dodge Durango needs repaired. OKDHS is recommending reunification for the client and his children. Currently, my client travels to and from to pick-up and bring the children back to the foster home on weekends for unsupervised visits. With the temperature warming up, the children will need A/C in the vehicle during the long car rides to and from. Any assistance with the a/c repair will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
