We need all hands on deck to change this family's life! A mother of four has reached out to DFCS out of desperation, as she is currently facing eviction, owing last month and this month's rent ($3,432). As of now, she could be removed from her home at anytime because she has surpassed the seven days her landlord has given her. This mother has tried to get approved for rental assistance, but was denied. The mother is currently not working because her car needs repairs. She was able to get a diagnostic at AutoZone, and it read that she needs spark plugs for her 2015 Chevy Equinox, estimated at $20. The children are also in need of additional clothing due to not having a washer and dryer and limited access due to no vehicle. (11 year old son, size 12-14; 8 year old son, size 8; 5 year old daughter, size 4T/5T; 2 year old son, size 3T). The mother also needs pull-ups size 4T/5T for the two year old. This mother could really use a boost. If her car is repaired and rent is caught up, she would then have the tools to continue being a great mother to her children and provide everything they need.

I am working with a caregiver who is an aunt and has her nephew placed with her. She needs assistance providing more food in her home. This family has dietary restrictions and is hoping they could receive financial assistance towards the groceries. She is struggling with budgeting her bills and maintaining food in the home. Any help towards the cost of food would help towards her budget for this month.
