I am asking for a car seat for a two year old that is being transported from St. Francis Hospital to Bethany, OK. Unfortunately, the hospital is unable to assist with this and she leaves at 6:00AM. Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hello! We are asking you to please help a family with a carpet shampooer. These parents continue to work very hard to reunite with their children. They have been able to obtain an apartment and furnish it to provide a safe space for their children to reside in. With having little children and a small dog, they are struggling with keeping the carpet to a healthy level of clean. These parents would love to be able to ensure their floors are clean for their toddler to run around on and the infant to start crawling on. Providing them with a carpet shampooer will ensure they are able to regularly clean the carpets, providing a safe and clean area for their young children. I am working with a grandmother who has taken her four grandchildren into placement. She was recently granted guardianship of those children, in addition to another infant, who is also in guardianship with her. She is currently in a 3 bedroom apartment. She has the opportunity to move to a four bedroom home. It will create more space for herself and the children. She is in need of half of the deposit. She has the other half. The deposit is $1900 so we are asking for assistance with $950. Thank you for any help.

OKDHS is working with a family. They have two girls that have recently been reunified with the parents in their home after the parents have made great progress providing safety for their kids. Both parents recently became employed full time but are struggling to make ends meet and trying to catch up from being unemployed. Their children are starting a new school soon and this school will provide a fantastic supportive educational environment for these bright and talented young ladies. We are asking for help with providing these young ladies some school uniforms to help the parents prepare for the upcoming school year. The girls need plain navy polo shirts and t-shirts. The also need plain navy sweatshirts. (no hoodies) They are also in need of navy, black, or khaki slacks, shorts, and sweatpants. Sizing information will be provided directly by the parents. We have a family in need of help with a few items. The first is two 5-point carseats for a 1 and 2 year old, as they are close to outgrowing their current ones. This family is also in need of assistance with transportation, whether from bus passes, gas cards, an Uber/Lyft card, or assistance with a vehicle, as the natural mother continues struggling with financial instability. This would help her maintain the ability to get to work, family time, and other services. A biological mother is in need of two booster seats for her two young children so she can begin transporting them to and from visits with the children.

Please help preserve this kinship placement with 2 out of the 4 children which are placed with their great Aunt. The children are ages 2 & 6 and are having a hard time eating solid foods and was directed by medical professionals to start to blend the children food due to internal health concerns. The family is requesting a blender and help make the children smoothies. The family has also requested help with stimulating the children learning and has asked for any educational help. Things like flash cards, puzzles, books and educational toys. Both children are Autistic, and the family asked for help with sensory toys that can help the children in any way possible and help with gas back and forth to their numerous appointments. The family is also in the process of potty training the 2-year-old and has asked for help with a potty chair and pull ups.
