Currently working with a mom who just got a job and has not yet received her first paycheck. This mom has fought hard to get to a place stable enough to hold down a job, she is currently homeless, car less and is doing whatever she can to work and still do visits with her son. Her primary barrier at this time is her phone. She has a straight talk phone but has run out of minutes and is struggling to keep in contact with me, work and services. In need to a phone card for minutes, your assistance would be greatly appreciated. This mom doesn't feel as though she has anyone in her corner, due to history of mental illness and substance use is current estranged from her family. A stranger in her corner would go a long way!

This request is for a single father caring for his 5 year old son. In the home, there is a door with roof access. This father is looking for a form of door protection, so his son does not have access to the roof. An example of this may be a one way door handle that requires a key to open the door. He is open to other ideas as well. His goal is to keep his son safe by limiting access to the roof. This father would be super grateful for any help he can get with this!

Hello! I have a child in care who is needing a new crib mattress, that can preferably be used for a toddler mattress. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a kiddo in care that is currently placed in a non-licensed kinship home. They do not have any AC and they only have small fans. The kiddo expresses they are getting heat sick because they cannot cool off. We are looking for any assistance with getting an AC window unit for the kiddo.

Working with a father whose children are in care, this father's traction and progress toward reunification has been rough due to many barriers. I Would like to support this dad and do what we can to help maintain that child/parent bond. Father has been unable to attend visits and engage in services due to barrier with communication. Father does not have a working phone nor means to purchase a phone/minutes. My goal is to find a donor for a straight talk phone and minutes which would allow me to make consistent contact with the father and to establish visits. your support would be GREATLY appreciated. Sometimes all we can do is try to remove barriers and then support and cheerlead a parent as they navigate this difficult situation. It is int he child's best interest to connect with and maintain a relationship with their parent, a phone would help do that!

I have a family that is currently on a trial home visit. They have minimal funds to help with the children's extracurriculars. I am wondering if anyone could help support with purchasing a season pass at the public pool for the family. The family rate (for a family of 4) is $75. This family would need to purchase for an additional member for $5. The children have been talking about going to the public pool for months and is something they are excited about for the summer. Any help would be amazing.

Foster family is in need of a full-sized bed and dresser for recent foster placement. The minor is a teen and they would like a bigger bed and a dresser to accommodate the minor's needs.

Placement parent caring for two children: a girl, age 8 and a boy, age 7. Parent needs to purchase clothing for each child. Requesting $200 gift cards for each child. This is a blended family with a combined 8 children in the home. One of the children is placed outside of the home. The home does not have enough mattresses and four of the children are sleeping on the floor. The father works construction, and work is limited this time of year. The mother just started a new seasonal job. The money they had been able to save has been depleted getting their children to different appointments in Kalispell. The mother has been very frank that Christmas is not about presents but knows that children hope there would be something for them under a Christmas tree. She loves to look fancy Child 2: dice, cards, building games, loves Spiderman and the color red, wears size 10-12 size 3 shoes Child 3: wants instax camera, loves Nike and converse brands, really wants fancy art pens and Nike socks. wears size 10-12, shoe size 5 Child 4: needs leggings and pants size 12-14 and size 5 tennis shoes, loves art, really wants a polaroid Child 5: needs men size 12 tennis shoes red in color, wants legos and Pokemon, wears mens 2xl Child 6: loves horses, art, fuzzy blanket, nail polish Child 7: family board games, legos, puzzles The family would be grateful to receive a mattress or two to get a child off the floor
