This caregiver is an aunt and her nephew has been placed with her. She has taken on the financial responsibility of caring for this child . This has caused her to be behind on some household payments. She is seeking assistance with food. She has 3 children of her own as well. Any help towards the cost would allow her to catch up on other bills. She is grateful.

Carroll County has a family of 6, that are in need of food. They are working on getting there Food stamp benefits, the family has done everything they have needed to in order for the kids to not enter care. They are just truly in need of food while they wait for the food stamps to be approved. I have created a wish list, we need some one to do a Walmart pick up order so that the family can go and pick it up. I have a list and all the info needed to complete the pick up order. If this is something that you can help with please let me know.

This kinship caregiver has her niece placed with her. She has a twin mattress but needs a twin sized bed frame. This placement was unexpected and the caregiver would love to have an appropriate bed for her. If you could provide anything to the cost she'd greatly appreciate it.

Carroll county will be hosting a foster care appreciation event on May 3rd to thank the families that open their homes to some of our most vulnerable children. We are in need of some help with some items to make this event a success. Each family will receive a gift bag, and we hope to fill it with items for them. We have some items donated and would like to add a blanket to each bag. We are in need of 40 blankets for our families. We will also have several tables set up for kids to complete art type projects while at the event. We are requesting a gift basket to be used as a door prize for foster parents. We need a dad/guy themed basket. If you can help with any of these items please let me know I have created a wish list for all the items.

A family of 7 has an infestation of bed bugs in their home. They received a donated couch and found out that it had insects. They have attempted to bug bomb their home but it has not been successful. The children are being impacted at school and at home.
