I’m reaching out on behalf of a family we support—a loving family of four children who have recently been joyfully reunited with their biological parents. They’ve just moved into a new home, eager to begin this next chapter of their lives together. As they work to build a safe and stable environment, they’re in need of a little extra help furnishing their space.

One of the children, a resilient 15-year-old daughter, has been sleeping on a pallet on the floor. She kindly asked if we might reach out to our community in hopes of finding a donated bed—both a mattress and frame.

If you’re able to help in any way, whether through donating a gently used bed or contributing toward one, it would be greatly appreciated.

We’re reaching out to ask for your support on behalf of a mother who is working diligently to rebuild her life and reunite with her 4-year-old daughter. One of her biggest challenges right now is the lack of reliable transportation. It’s already been difficult getting to her treatment appointments, and she’s concerned that once her daughter is home, managing school, appointments, and daily needs will become even more challenging. She has big goals; she plans to enroll in technical school this fall and hopes to place her daughter in preschool. Reliable transportation would be a critical step in helping her achieve these dreams and continue providing a stable, nurturing environment for her child. If you’re able to contribute in anyway (whether monetary, parts, or labor) or share this message, your support could make a real, lasting difference in both of their lives.

Hi Community, We're reaching out for your support to help remove a transportation barrier for a mom who is working hard on her permanency plan. Unfortunately, she does not have a reliable means of transportation. We're kindly requesting a donated bus pass to support her in attending visits with her daughter and appointments with treatment providers. These family visits are crucial; they help strengthen the parent-child bond and greatly increase the chances of reunifying families. Any support you can offer is deeply appreciated. Thank you for helping us keep families connected!

CHURCH FAMILIES: We need your help! I am one of the child welfare supervisors and we have a family with a child with severe special needs that is being evicted from their home today (7-15-25). They are needing a hotel room for a few days up to a week to regroup and get a plan together. Father does not paid until Wednesday this week and they are in distress. If any church or family could assist with a night or 7, that would be a Blessing to this family today!

We have foster kiddos who are moving to a kinship placement. We are needing assistance covering the daycare enrollment fees. The enrollment fee is $135 for La Petite Academy, and $115 for Kindercare. Whichever is able to get covered we will go with! Anything helps!

A Kinship Foster Care family is in need of a twin bunkbed and mattresses to provide adequate sleeping arrangements for several addtional children placed in their home. This is an urgent need by a family who has graciously taken on the responsibility of caring for their younger loved ones. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Foster Grandmother, of 2 teen boys, has a new landlord due to the previous landlord selling the property. Today he told her he needed $950 by the end of the day or he will start the eviction process. This rent money is needed ASAP. Thank you!

Mother and Father have a transportation barrier and need buss passes to make it to family time with their son. It will also allow them to seek employment and complete their treatment plans.

The Department is working with a mother who has transitioned to a sober living. She is needing assistance to cover the rent. She has a plan in covering the majority of the rent, and is working with the staff of her sober living to pay in installments. For any help, I will connect with the mother directly. Any help is greatly appreciated!

A young mother of two precious kids does not have a reliable phone and has been struggling to stay in consistent contact with providers, caseworkers, and her children. A donation of a prepaid phone and 30 day card would make a huge difference in her day to day life as she would be able to call and speak with her children regularly and make sure that she is able to get the most out of her services. This mom is young and has been going through so much. This kindness would be a big leap in helping her turn things around. Thank you!

There is a family that is working with Family Centered Services. The children were out of the home but have returned to the home and the care of the Biological Parent. However, the previous care-taker is refusing to give the mother back the bassinet to the mother. All attempts to get the bassinet back has failed. I'm request a play-pen or baby bassinet for this family.

We are reaching out with heartfelt hope on behalf of one of our clients—a dedicated mother who is working diligently toward reunification with her child. As part of this process, she is required to undergo a parent capacity evaluation. Unfortunately, the cost of this evaluation must be covered by the client, and she lives on a fixed income. This evaluation is a critical step toward rebuilding his family and creating a stable, supportive environment for the child. Your support could make a meaningful difference in the family's journey—bringing them one step closer to healing and reunification.
