During this time, the family has been working to improve the stability and environment of their home. The family is motivated to continue improving their environment and maintaining their home. The family is in need of an air conditioning unit, a gas stove [gently used is fine], and storage supplies for their bathroom including a lock box for their medications. At this time, they are in need of a gently used tv stand and gently used vacuum. Meeting this need would help reduce other financial responsibilities and enable the family to focus on other essential areas of their lives. I am requesting assistance with securing a storage unit for a client who is preparing to enter treatment with her child. A local storage facility offers 5x7 units for $55 per month, with a one-time $15 activation fee. I am requesting approval for three months of storage rental, totaling $165, plus the $15 activation fee, for a total of $180. This storage unit is necessary to safely store the family's belongings while they are in treatment. The client has an important interview scheduled today and will have more information following that appointment. Approval of this request will help support the client’s transition into treatment and reduce barriers to participation.

OKDHS is trying to help a father with gas money so that he can have a family time visit with his son in Enid, Oklahoma. The child is in Major Co. while the father lives in Payne Co. The family time visits would occur in Garfield Co. to accommodate the child and the father.

Help support a current foster home that has a baby who is crawling around. The placement has requested support for baby gates for an open room and the fire place in the home. They want to ensure that this child is able to move around the home safely and provide more security for the child. They will need one extended gate for the open space in the living room and two baby gates to have the fireplace enclosed and blocked off.

We have a single dad with three young boys who is in need of assistance with daycare registration assistance for daycare. The two younger boys are enrolling in daycare so dad can start to apply for jobs, and is in need of $100 for registration ($50/child). We are need of it by the end of the week to lock in their placement at daycare.

We have a couple who just had a baby a few weeks ago. They are in need of some parts for their car so that they can visit baby each day/week. 2005 Pontiac Vibe; they are in need of an AC Compressor and a windshield. Anything helps!

The family is working towards reunifying with their older child and they would like assistance in creating a safe and comfortable home for their children.
