Foster family needs assistance with purchasing a baby camera/monitor due to sleep walking at night. This will help the foster family to ensure appropriate supervision is being provided at all times and ensure this placement can be maintained. Any help with be greatly appreciated.

Natural mother is staying at a shelter in Tulsa and she needs a bus pass to complete parenting classes and meet with her son for family time. Cost of a 31 day monthly bus pass is $50.00.

We are requesting assistance with a toddler bedframe, mattress, sheets and comforter for a 1 year old boy who was placed in a newly approved kinship home. His current sleep arrangements were approved temporarily, and to continue placement in the home, the toddler bed is needed. Any assistance with obtaining a bed would be greatly appreciated.

Please bless this single mom by helping with car repairs. Mom's vehicle went out after putting almost $4,000 into. She says she was told that the issue was multiple things, but after changing those things the car still won't work. Please bless her by assisting with getting the car diagnosed, and providing her with a bus pass so she may seek employment.

Reunified teenager with single mother. Both working to help cover rent, but got behind with deposit and job changes. Need aid with rent to help them both recover. Will be sustainable after initial assistance. Any amount will help with the assistance.

Great grandma has kinship placement of a two years old . His newborn sibling is being placed in the home this week. She also has two grandchildren in guardianship that she does not receive any money for. Her air conditioner is not working. She has received two estimates regarding the cost. One is for total replacement which is $4500. The second one is for repairs that total $950. We would like to see if it could be repaired. The weather is getting hotter and the air conditioner is really needed.

Foster parents of 7 (all are part of two sibling sets) are helping out by driving four of the children to family time with their parents. A gas card would be a big support for these foster parents and the children they care for.

This is a kinship foster mother to a nine year old girl and three year old boy. The children currently have separate bedrooms but continue to move to one room in the middle of the night to be close to one another. They are currently on a twin size mattress in the floor. The home is asking for a twin size bunk bed. OKDHS has utilized other providers and has been unable to find a bed that will fit this homes need. Natural mother is working on getting her home ready for unsupervised and over night visits with her five year old son and six year old daughter.
