Hello all, I am working with a bio mom who has two young children, 3 yrs and 7 mths. She is very close to starting trial reunification and is in need of support. She is working overtime at her job, but is struggling making the money last to the next paycheck. She reports that her current needs are help with the electricity bill and assistance with fuel for her vehicle.

Foster parent requesting Steinwhale Door Reinforcement locks for her home to prevent a 9-year-old child from going outside without permission as the child has run away recently. These locks are on Amazon. There is a three pack for $33.99. Foster parent is also requesting a 4 pack of Apple Air Tags to be able to keep track of the child in the event the child runs away again. These are on Amazon and sold in a four pack for $$74.99. Foster parent is requesting a roll away bed for the child as the child is afraid to sleep alone at times. New at Walmart for $90. Foster parent is requesting a tablet or gaming console (new/used) for the child to utilize for reward when reinforcing positive behavior. 10-inch tablet at Walmart is $50.

Bio mom does not have transportation and has been using Lyft/Uber to get to services when she doesn't have a ride. This does help her out a lot!

Please help make a foster placement! A single mom of three biological children took on two additional foster children recently. Mom is needing help with her water bill. The water bill is originally $600, but she is able to cover $200, so she's only needing help with $400. She's also needing assistance with clothing for the foster children (two children), around $300.

Grandmother just got custody of her two small grandkids. She is needing assistance with child care so she can go back to work. The summer program is asking for a $290.00 Enrollment fee that DHS does not cover.

This is a family of three children and two adults who recently had to throw out their furniture due to bed bugs! The bed bugs are gone but they are much need of a couch! Please help this family in need as they have already been through a lot as a family!

Hello, I am a permanency worker in Cleveland County and I have a family on my caseload who is in need of some financial assistance with their rent. Their two children were recently returned home due to continued progress throughout the case from both parents. The family is a single-income household with another child on the way. Due to the recent weather, dad has had less work which has put them in a bind financially for this month. The family has not asked for help nor did they know any type of potential assistance was available when I talked to them about it, but they are greatly appreciative of any assistance that is given to them.

Foster parent has been attending nursing school. She has not had any income other than foster care maintenance payments for 2 boys. She needs help in maintaining her yard. Her weed eater just broke. The grass/weeds in parts of the backyard have grown tall. She has requested a weed eater so she can chop those down and then mow the yard. The boys do not currently go in the backyard to play. She cannot afford to hire someone to take care of the yard.

Calling to our wonderful community! We all have goals and dreams we try to pursue but in life it can be challenged by decisions we make. unfortunately, sometimes our choices can be consequences. That is the case of our straight A athletic, goal driven 14 year old child who is in OKDHS custody. A foster family is need of support to help cover a critical bill on behalf of the child in their care. The foster mother is a fulltime teacher who is doing everything she can to provide a safe and stable home while her husband is away at work. I am in need of assistance with a legal fine during a wrong place and time situation involving the child. He is described as a smart child who has dreams of becoming a professional football player. Can you help??? The foster home is wanting to provide a better, stable, and healthy future for him. The legal fee is $600.00 which the first half of the payment is due on 06/09.

This family consists of two girls that have been removed from their home and now are a new foster care home. The girls are planning to go to college, but the new caregiver does not have enough vehicles for each of the kids to go to college. At least one vehicle of any kind would help these kids make the most of their futures.
