Assistance Request for Bed for Veteran Woman in Need I am reaching out on behalf of a veteran woman who is currently in need of urgent assistance in furnishing her home. After bravely serving her country, she is now working to establish a stable and safe living environment. At this time, she is in need of a bed to sleep in, as she does not currently have one.

Having a proper bed is essential for her health, well-being, and quality of life. Your support in helping to provide this basic necessity would make a meaningful difference in her life and aid in her transition toward a more secure and comfortable home.

The youth is significantly behind in school. He is unable to attend summer school due to the county not offering for his grade. The youth will need tutoring over the summer. Once the child receives this the service, he will then be able to function with his classmates and gain more confidence in and outside of the classroom.

A lovely family is providing respite for one of our foster families! They accepted a large sibling group, we have been able to provide them with plenty of meals and snacks since all of the kids are on summer break, they have made a small request for paper plates, paper towels, plastic silverware, plastic cups, just some items to make things a little easier with so many young kids in the house for an extended period of time! We appreciate your help!!

A caregiver is needing assistance with getting clothing for her grandchildren and niece that are living with her. She has 10 children in her home and has stated that the older children are in need of clothing. This home is a multi-generational home, and the caregiver currently lives with her children and her grandchildren. Although the home can get chaotic and stressful, the caregiver is happy to have her family close and works hard to make sure all of their needs are met. Due to the many needs of the family, the caregiver is needing assistance with getting her grandchildren clothing. The children vary from 8 years-16 years. The sizes are as follows: Large in shirts in youth, Large in girls, medium shirts for boys, XL in boys. For pants, 16 in girls’ pants, 8 in boys, 14 in girls, 18 in girls, 16 in boys, and 12 in girls (tall). Gift cards are acceptable as well.

A single foster mom caring for multiple children is taking placement of an additional child next week. The little girl is 5 years old, and she does not have many belongings. She is in need of some clothing, especially socks and underwear. She wears 5t and size 10 in shoes. The caregiver also needs some shampoo/conditioner/dry shampoo for her.

Requesting support for a single mother and U.S. military veteran who is currently rebuilding her life for herself and her two young children. She recently secured housing but needs essential furniture items to create a stable, safe, and comfortable home environment. This courageous mother served our country and is now navigating civilian life while caring for her two children on her own. Despite her resilience, she is facing financial challenges and is unable to furnish their new home. She is need of a washer and dryer for her and her children. She understands if these items are gently used or new donations. Any assistance would go a long way. Let's come together to uplift this veteran family and show our gratitude.

The father took custody of his children in January of 2025 when they were sheltered and removed from the mother. The father only had the children on weekends previously and did not have furniture for the children once he took custody of them. The father is on a fixed income and has recently gotten employment, so he is requesting assistance with getting beds for his children. The children currently share a bed with other children in the home or sleep on the pull-out couch. The children are required to have their own bed to be placed with their father. When the request is met, the father will have met requirements for placement and the children will have their own beds to sleep in.

The youth is located at a facility 2 hours away from the parents’ home. The mother has recently needed to stop working due to needing to help care for some of the kids at home. The cost to drive and visit this youth is very expensive round trip, but the parents really want to see him more often. They have just been able to begin visiting in person, and it means a lot for the youth to see his parents after so long in a facility. This request is for gas cards to assist with the journey to and from the facility. When the request is met, the parents will be able to schedule an in person visit immediately after assistance is given to see their son.

  A mother was reunified with her two daughters, ages nine and six. The mother is seeking assistance with help for new school clothes. The girls require khaki shorts, pants or skirts due to uniform requirements. The nine-year-old wears size 18 youth and the six-year-old wears size 10/12 girls. Additionally, the mother needs panties for her six year old in size 10/12 girls. The nine year old is also in need of a bra size XL. 

With summer approaching any support in providing summer clothes for the children would be greatly appreciated as well. The six yead old wears 10/12girls and the nine-year old wears size 18 youth.

The caregiver is requesting food for her and the child. The caregiver is struggling to pay her rent and bills because she lost 3 weeks of work. The bio mother receives the food stamps and does not share with CG. The CG has had the child for 6 months with no financial support.
