The client is a 22-year-old single mother with a two-year-old son. The family has been through many challenges for the past few years. From time spent in foster care to having an infant with a serious health condition that requires a special diet and medication. The family lives on a fixed monthly income but due to an unexpected financial hardship this month, she has come up short of funds to cover their basic needs, especially food. The client is asking for help to purchase groceries to meet the specific dietary needs of the child. Any support would make a meaningful difference for the family right now.

I am assisting a grandmother who does not have means to transportation services and her support system is having car troubles. She has two small grandchildren placed with her and she needs everyday living essentials such as soap, deodorant, lotion, etc. She also needs food for her home. She would greatly appreciate financial assistance to make an online delivery to her home. This would help the children everyday living experience. Thanks so much.

Currently, a grandfather is caring for his two intellectually disabled grandchildren (one girl and one boy). His granddaughter needs bras(size 44DD) and extensions to braid her hair. The female child is 14 years of age and struggles with managing her hair, which has caused it to become matted. The family was supplied with hair products to assist the child in caring for her hair, but it is currently difficult to manage due to the length of time that her hair has gone untouched. They will be able to maintain her hair moving forward, once she receives the braiding service. The child has complained about current bras due to the wires poking her. If bras can be supplied, please ensure that they can properly support the child.

The child was recently placed with her God mother. The child has grown out of her clothing. The mother is not currently employed and can't provide clothing. The child is a female. The below information is sizes of clothing and shoes.

I am writing to request support for a dedicated mother of seven children who is currently facing financial hardships. Despite her continued efforts to provide a safe and nurturing home, she is in urgent need of new bedding arrangements for six of her children.

At present, the condition of their mattresses and beds has significantly deteriorated, making it increasingly difficult for the children to rest comfortably and get the sleep they need for their health and development. To ensure their well-being and improve their living conditions, we are seeking assistance in obtaining bunk beds and mattresses that will provide a stable and suitable sleeping environment.

We are reaching out on behalf of a mother who spent three months in a shelter at Restoration House and previously lived in unsafe conditions. The mother has secured a house through Atlanta Housing, but owes a large deposit. In the meantime, her and her two children are currently living with her sister because she does not have the money for the deposit. Living with a disability and unable to work, she needs $850 to move into her new home. She wants to remain in the area because she relies on the essential support provided by Agape. Donations are being accepted through the Agape website, and all funds will go directly to the landlord through a check issued by Agape. Any help would be deeply appreciated as they navigate this difficult period.

I have a young adult who currently has custody of her sister's first child and has been contacted by DFCS about taking custody of her sister's second child, who is due in the next week. She needs a car seat to take the baby home from the hospital.

This case involves a single mother of three who has lost everything due to frequently moving between various extended-stay hotels. The mother needs to obtain a birth certificate for her oldest daughter, which costs $25.

Additionally, the family requires proper clothing:

• 15-year-old son: Tops and bottoms in sizes L/XL or 36-38, and shoe size 13.
• 14-year-old daughter: Tops and bottoms in sizes L/XL or 14/16, and women's shoe size 10.
• 8-year-old daughter: Tops and bottoms in sizes L/XL or 12/14, and shoes in size 5.5-6 (Big Kids).

I’m currently working with a 21-year-old mother who has a 1-year-old and is expecting another child in just a few weeks. She is incredibly ambitious and resourceful, doing all she can to provide a stable and nurturing environment for her children.

Having aged out of foster care nearly a year ago, she is navigating the challenges of young motherhood with determination. Currently, she does not own a vehicle and relies on a combination of Uber and MARTA for transportation. However, the cost of commuting is becoming increasingly burdensome, especially with more frequent trips expected for newborn medical appointments.

She is requesting a MARTA card to help ease some of the financial pressure and ensure she can continue meeting her family’s needs. She recently started a job

The client is a 36-year-old single mother of 2 children and 3 teens. She had to take leave from her job in February of 2025 because of personal circumstances that affected her mental health. She is currently working in therapy. The client is behind with her electricity and water bills. She has a couple of community agencies willing to assist her with these utilities and employment. She needs $248.70 to prevent her gas from disconnecting and $432.65 to prevent her electricity from disconnecting on May 22, 2025. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

We are reaching out in help for a first grade female student who is in need of clothing for the summer. Her dad is single, and recently stopped working and has 2 other children, but can not support them all. The student is experiencing the need for hair ties, a hairbrush, bathing suit, tops, pants, shorts, and any other everyday wear. She likes clothes that fit her well, as opposed to oversized. We can create a target wish list, and the items can be shipped to Agape, where we will then ensure she goes home with each clothing item, or we accept donations through the Agape Youth and Family website. Any help would be deeply appreciated as they navigate this difficult period.
