An aunt has taken custody of her three nieces and is in need of an uber gift card to assist with transportation to and from taking one of the children to daycare, work, home, and other assigned duties as a kin provider. If this need is met, it iwll help ease the financial burden on the aunt.

Parents report that they receive social security benefits however, it has been difficult to budget and maintain all their bills paid for. Parents report that they are struggling to make ends meet. Mother age 48 years old has requested in home cameras to have preventive measures and security in the home. Mother has expressed that she is having a difficult time with the children being truthful and reporting different perspectives. Mother would like for the cameras to remain in the home to be able to process what happens in their home accurately. Children are ages 17,16, 11, 10 and 8 years old. This purchase will help return the younger children in the home with mother.

Mother reports that she tends to ask her older son for financial support however, he has not been working either and they are unable to provide enough food and has expressed that they have enough for rent and utilities for this month. Children remain in the home the children are 17,16,10, 8, and 9 years old. Mother reports that it would be helpful to get financial assistance or a gift card to be able to go grocery shopping for the week. Any donations would be appreciated. Mother age 48 of six children ages 17,16, 11, 10 and 8 years old. The two older children need cell phones and minutes card to be able to access the team in case of an emergency. The family has shared that they are unable to afford cell phones for the teens in the home. This donation would help the older children keep in contact with the team in case of an emergency.

Mother age 27 is requesting support in obtaining a gas card. Mother is currently working in Denver and travels to Colorado Springs for family time and visits with her children. Mother reports that she needs support in paying for gas as she is attempting to save money for her own apartment as her children and their father are currently homeless and living in her car. Child age 12 has returned home with mother. Mother would like a gift card to help buy groceries for the child and herself; her budget and financial assistance does not meet their basic needs. I’m requesting financial support on behalf of my client so she can pay for her monthly supply fee for her current residence at the sober living. If she is able to pay her past month and this current month she will have less restrictions on the hours she is allowed to be out of the home.
