DCS has been involved with the family for a year. The father has the two children returned to him and is a single parent. The father is employed full time. The father is adjusting financially to having the children home and managing his budget. The father could use help with paying his water bill. Paying this bill would help to strengthen the family's stability as they continue to adjust to changes.

A two month old girl was recently placed with grandparents. The grandparents have taken placement and adopted three of their other grandchildren. This child was not expected, and they do not have a crib or crib mattress for her. The grandparents are meeting all of the needs for the children, but are stretched thin with the additional child. This would help ensure the family is supported and feels they can ask for assistance when needed. It would assist them with being able to continue to provide safe sleep for the child as she grows.

This is a single parent household. Mom has limited income and cannot afford a bunk bed for two of her children at this time. Their bunk bed broke. The children could benefit from having a comfortable and safe bed to sleep in.

Child is in kinship placement and has many appointments that she needs to attend. Kinship placement is more than willing to take child to all the appointments, but only works part time and could really use some help with the gas needed to transport the child. Transportation has already began for these appointments, as placement was weeks ago. Placement is requesting a $100 gas card in order to help with the added family expense.

Placement is a first cousin to mother. Child is 13 and has food insecurity so she eats a lot. Placement recently came off an unemployment period of 2.5 months. Placement is behind on bills and there is not enough money for food.

Single mother of three children. Mother has previously in a long-term relationship with the children's father that included bouts of domestic violence, substance abuse, and consistent homeless. Mother has been sober since December, has employment, and has obtained housing in the last two months to prepare for the children to eventually come home. However, she is struggling to save in order to afford furniture and appliances for her new apartment due to her being all on her own for the first time in a decade.

Family's landlord does not provide appliances, and family is need of a stove and a stackable washer and dryer. Single mom with 2 children with a disabled family member in the home.

Good morning, I am reaching out to help a family on my caseload. The children were removed from their biological mother and placed with their biological father. The biological father has been utilizing every resource in the community to obtain the housing that he finally received this week! Up until now, father and the children were residing in a hotel until father could find housing. The children are very excited about moving into their new home with their father.

At this time, father is the one that is needing help. Father is needing dressers for the children. Father stated that he didn't want anything specific, just dressers that are able to open and close. Once this need is met, father will be able to store away the children's clothes appropriately instead of having the clothes put in a trash bag in the corner of the room.
