The youth is 15 years old. He resides with his mother and adult brother. The mother is currently seeking employment and household income is very limited. The youth struggles with confidence/self-esteem issues and is currently sleeping on a pallet in the home. The youth is in need of bedding to help assist with disparities within the home. The youth is currently receiving counseling services with Youth Villages and attends several summer camp workshops during the summer.

The very caring and loving mother is doing the best she can to care for her 9 kids. The mother has limited income but is willing to care for the children and provide a safe and stable home for them however, the mother has been approved for a bigger house and need assistance with the remaining balance for the deposit and first month rent. The total is $1,350.00 and mom can pay all but $600.00. Assisting mom with the remaining balance will ensure that she can keep providing a safe and stable home for the children. Payments can be made over the phone with a card.

The loving and caring mother recently lost her income however, she's doing a great job caring for the children. The mother needs assistance paying for her ID fines and fees because she will need to show her ID in order to help her son get his ID. This will give the youth an opportunity to get his ID so he can get a job.

The loving mother is doing her best to provide a safe and stable home for the 6 children. Despite the mother being deaf, she's very outgoing and willing to provide for the children. Four of the children are sleeping in one bunk bed and the mother is not able to provide beds for everyone. The family needs 4 twin beds and a pack n play for the new baby.

A caring mother of 3 children is doing the best she can to provide for the children. The family has limited income. The family is in need of a twin bed and bedding to ensure that all of the kids have a safe place to sleep.

We have a single mom of two children that is preparing to be reunified with her children. She has worked tirelessly to obtain stable housing for her children. She needs twin beds and bedding to create a cozy home environment for her children. There is one boy and one girl.

We have a client who is a caring mother of 3 children. She is doing a great job providing everyday needs for her children. However she needs assistance with 2 twin beds. The beds will allow the mother to keep providing a safe and stable home for the children and add value to their well being.

On July 17th, the Department of Children's Services and various local community partners are hosting the 2025 high school graduation celebration for youth impacted by the foster care system in West Tennessee. For many of these students, graduation is not a guaranteed milestone—yet this year, we are proud to celebrate approximately 50 graduates who have overcome significant challenges to walk the stage and receive their diplomas. This event is more than a ceremony—it’s a moment of recognition, encouragement, and hope. To help make this day even more special, we are seeking door prizes to gift to these incredible young people. These prizes will serve as tokens of support and inspiration as they take their next steps into adulthood, whether that be college, vocational training, the workforce, or other life paths.
