Kinship family who has 2 out of 6 children. The other children live about 3 hours from siblings. Foster parent does a great job on making sure sibling visits happen as often as possible. Foster mom is in desperate need of two car seats so visitation can continue, as the kids are about to grow out of the current car seats.

This request is to help pay registration fees and to purchase uniforms and equipment for a child to be able to participate in summer football. The family consists of a single mom, who is disabled, and an 8yro Autistic boy. Mom has been off work on medical leave since March and has just now been able to return to work. Due to her being on leave, mom has only been able to pay for essential living needs and cannot afford the requested fees and equipment. As an Autistic child, this young man has some behavioral issues that sometimes comes along with this diagnosis. We have found that he really enjoys football and would like for him to be able to build on the skills that he learned while participating in football the previous summer. Football is also a great outlet for him to be able to release some of his built-up energy and aggression, allows him to be able to focus, provides an opportunity to work on his teambuilding and group participation skills, as well as allows him to work on social/emotional skills that can sometimes be hard for autistic children. I would like to say thank you in advance for any help that can be provided for this family. This will go a long way towards helping a child be able to do something that he loves and towards helping to relieve a burden from his mother's shoulder.

Bio mom doesn't have transportation and uses the gift card when she doesn't have a ride from friends and family to get services, court and work. Bio mom family time is progressing and the gift card would help her remove the barrier of transportation so she can have more family time with her child.

A young person is aging out of DHS and going into Thunderbird Program in hopes to prepare him for a career in the military. Thunderbird has a packing list for their cadets that costs about $333. A two-parent household with four children—a 11 year old son, 5 year old son, 3 year old son and 11 month old son is requesting assistance with a gas card. The mother is currently unemployed seeking work, while the father works full-time. Bother parents are actively working to get engaged in services; however, travel-related expenses have become a financial burden. Gas assistance would help alleviate this strain and support the family’s to participate in required services.

We are asking for assistance for a father who is working to reunify with his 3 year old daughter. He lives with his fiancé and her two children 3 and 1. He is active in services and has completed 2 of his programs already. He regularly attends family times and they also go very well. He has been approved for unsupervised and overnight visits. I'm reaching out on behalf of a dedicated family in need of support. They are currently in the process of rebuilding their lives and have made incredible progress. However, reliable transportation has become a major barrier to maintaining their momentum. The family's vehicle is in need of an alignment and four new tires. Without this essential repair, they are struggling to attend crucial services and maintain consistent family time with their son—both of which are vital to their ongoing stability and reunification. We’re seeking assistance to cover the cost of the tires and alignment.

The family is currently behind on their rent of $1, 825. Once the amount reaches $2,000 the landlord will file the eviction process. The family has 3 children that are all special needs. Family is currently working with a SSI disability attorney to possibly obtain SSI benefits for the youngest child. Due to the children's developmental concerns and services [OT, Speech, Physical therapy, and multiple medical appointments each week], only one parent can work. The family has a limited support system. Due to dad's gross income, the family does not qualify for many government services [SNAP, etc].

Hey team, we have a family in our church that serves as a foster family. The birth mom for the child is in need of a convertible car seat so they can have the child for visitation. This would meet a huge need for this mom and child and serve the foster family as well.
