I am working with a kinship placement of two children in the care of their maternal grandmother. Grandma works full time and has recently moved from an apartment to a house. Grandma does not qualify for SNAP LiHeap, or TANF and is experiencing financial difficulties. Grandma is requesting assistance on her gas bill that is currently past due. The gas bill of $304.32 was due on 06/27/2025. Grandma needs assistance with the water bill also, in the amount of $217.48, but it is not due until 07/12/2025.

This request is to assist a mother of a 7 month old child. The mom is needing a bus pass to go to her service providers. She is focused on getting her child back and this would greatly help on the path to reunification.

The Department is working with a mother of three, and she is currently needing assistance with her electric bill. She has been selling items to put towards the bill but has received a disconnection notice this week. This mother has also reached out to community resources, including filling out a LIHEAP application. For any assistance, I will connect with the mother directly. We have a natural father who is in need of a hair follicle test due to recent relapse concerns. This dad has been making progress towards reunification and has agreed to take the necessary steps to prevent further relapse. Due to ongoing financial struggles, including a broken down vehicle, he is only able to afford half of the test. This test is more than $200, so any help is appreciated!

Hello! We are asking you to please help a foster family by providing them with some school uniforms for their foster child. This foster family is a kinship home who has stepped in to provide care. The foster mother is a single parent with a fixed income. The foster mother needs help with some school clothes like skirts with shorts built in and dresses that are khaki color. Additionally, they are asking for some help with any color shirts that are polo style. The child wears a size 10. She would be grateful for any help you could provide. Thank you for your generosity.

This is an approved foster care kinship placement who is needing assistance with their water bill. The grandparents have guardianship of two of their grandchildren as well as fostering three children. They have had to take off work due to one child be hospitalized and have fallen short on their water bill. The bill is $290.42. Anything will help!

Hello all. We have a mother who is in Trial Reunification with her child and needing help getting to her scheduled appointments with her service provider. We appreciate you taking the time to consider this request.

I am working with a biological mother and kinship placement of a beautiful four year old girl and one handsome little one year old. Mom is attempting to engage in services but is facing many barriers. Her phone has been shut off due to no payment and she is not able to call to find out when she is supposed to submit for UA's (and more). She has not found a job yet and is struggling to provide diapers or wipes or essential items to provide for the children during her family visits. Foster Mom, grandma, is not able to help with the necessary items because she is not financially able. Mom needs assistance with her phone bill, a stocked diaper bag for the children (which would include nonperishable food items for growing toddler and big sister), and a gas card to ensure she is able to get to recommended service providers. Grandma could use help with diapers and wipes as well.

Mom and children left a domestic violence situation with very little belongings. Mom has found a wonderful place for them to stay, but just needs a toddler bed and mattress for one of the children. Mom has been working full time for a long time and is doing everything she can.

A family of 3 is in need of help paying their electric bill. Mom has made a lot of progress in her services and has been able to reintegrate the children back into her home and is now looking for a job. However, she fell behind on her electric bill and is in need of some assistance until she secures a job.

We are asking for assistance for a young mother who is working to reunify with her infant daughter. This mother has been struggling to maintain housing and does not have transportation of her own. She is now working 2 jobs and staying in a hotel. We are asking for assistance in the form of a Tulsa Metrolink bus pass to help her get to and from work, services and family time. This is an unapproved relative kinship placement. A 6m old has been placed with his aunt and is in need of a couple things to help preserve the placement. The family is needing a crib, crib mattress, dressers for storage of kids clothes, and a baby gate. Anything that can be provided will help!
