Please help a young mother who is recently homeless and now living in a motel with her three children, all under age 3.

The family was reported to Human Services because they continually missed medical appointments, and now we are trying to help improve their situation by meeting basic and urgent needs. The mother has no transportation, no food for the children, no storage for her belongings, and no way to wash clothes. The family is awaiting placement in a shelter (they have pending applications at 3 shelters). To stay in the hotel a few more days, the mother needs $90 per night.

Her youngest child is an 8-month old who was born premature; the child has significant weight loss and a developmental delay related to lack of nutrition. the child needs Similac Neosure Formula (yellow can) to be able to eat, a Pack and Play for safe sleep, and a stroller so the mother can take them to medical appointments and find other resources.

Additionally, this family could greatly benefit from food for the children, hotel vouchers, and long-term housing.

A nine-year-old girl a being placed with maternal grandmother as parents are incarcerated. There is no other family that is able to step in, so the grandmother has agreed to open her home and care for the child. The grandmother is on disability income and resides in a small apartment, they are needing an air mattress, clothing and pajamas.

This foster family has two teen girls who they would love to take on camping trips with them. Both girls have never gone camping and the providers love to enjoy the beautiful outdoors of Colorado. They are in need of a sleeping bag for each girl and tent they can share in order to make these trips happen. Any help would be appreciated!

A teen in foster care is going into her senior year of high school and needs to get senior pictures done. Her father cannot afford to pay for this service. Looking for someone to donate their services or a monetary gift to help with a session.

The family I am requesting on behalf of is a multigenerational family. Mother has two school aged children, as well as a grandchild she helps care for, and two adult children that live in the home with her. The family recently relocated from Florida and has not been able to transfer their benefits including WIC, Medicaid, and Snap benefits. This family does not have transportation, and that effort is made much more diffucult due to an adult child with a chronic illness, and wheelchair use. The family needs support with formula (Purple Gentlease).The two school aged children are also in need of new shoes and any clothing for the school year. Girl is 7/8 in clothes and size 1-1 in half. boy is 36 slim in grown men and a size 9 in half in Men. Shirt size medium.

The brothers have been in foster care since 2021. Their mother passed away and their father had TPR and was not involved in their lives. The brothers have had several failed kinship placements and a Family member has finally stepped up to be a permanent option for them. The family member requires assistance with bedding for the boys so they can move in with her. A three weeks old baby girl has been in the NICU since birth is being placed in the care of paternal grandmother this week. Grandmother has stepped up and is willing to care the new baby girl as she is also caring for the baby's older sibling(7 yeas old). The grandmother is in need of a car seat, newborn clothing, diapers, wipes, shampoo and hygiene products.

Dad is facing financial difficulties and is looking for extra support. He is asking for a gift card to provide essentials like a bed and food for the 16-year-old he is taking back into his care. This will allow the youth to have the essentials to be able to be comfortable in the home. He stated that he would prefer a Walmart Gift card as there is one located near his home. Dad is working on opening his autobody shop soon, aiming to get his feet on the ground and achieve financial security.

Single mom of three kids is providing kinship to a 17-year-old teen. She is reaching out for help with a gift card for gasoline. She is in need of this assistance so that she can drive to and from court hearings. The court hearings are held in Eagle and Larimer County. She is currently in school to get her dental assistant license as a long-term plan to further her career prospects. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

The family is currently experiencing a difficult transition after losing their home and having to move into a family shelter. The father was recently laid off from his job, and the mother is now the sole provider—working part-time while also attending school in hopes of creating better employment opportunities for their future.

With school out for the summer, childcare has become an added challenge. The father has been unable to search for work because there is no one available to care for their young children during the day. One of their children also has special needs, which makes finding appropriate care even more difficult and adds emotional and financial strain to their current situation.

As they continue to work toward regaining stability, the family is in need of basic household supplies to help them prepare for transitioning out of the shelter. They are kindly requesting a gift card to King Soopers or Safeway to purchase essentials like toiletries, cleaning supplies, and nutritious food. Any support would go a long way in helping this family get back on their feet.
