A new mom is in need of your assistance ensuring her newborn baby has adequate sleeping arrangements. The mother has a used crib for the baby however it is missing a few screws. There are concerns that the mother will result in co sleeping due to the crib not being in fair condition. By assisting the mother with a pack n play will be assisting in ensuring the newborn baby has adequate sleeping arrangements and remains safe.

The mother is currently the sole caretaker to her two kids 17 and 2. The mother recently left her domestic violence relationship and is needing assistance picking up her home after the paramour left the home a mess. The mother shares her mental health has declined since the event and has fallen behind on the upkeep of the home. The mother is requesting assistance with cleaning her home.

This request is being submitted on behalf of one of my clients who will reach the age of 18 in August 2025. She is entering into her Senior year in High School and is on-track to graduate in May 2026. She is currently employed and working at a McDonald's which is located in the vicinity of her foster care group home placement. She requested the following items to assist her with future budgeting and transportation to both work (as needed) and to other locations for outings, etc. The youth currently utilizes the staff van and Lyft/Uber service for transportation and reported that having a bicycle would further assist her with transportation to and from certain locations. The youth has requested the following items listed below: *Budget Planner *Bicycle (any pastel colors or blue/grey if a pastel color is not available) - please note that the youth is petite size and not able to manage/maneuverer a larger bicycle. She will require a bicycle for 5'0" height and under.

A 1-year-old child has a medical condition that her bones break easily if she doesn't get the transfusions needed. The parents have been struggling to transport her to the transfusion appointments due to the father recently losing his license, and the mother does not have a license to drive. Due to the immigration status, the family has been scared to go to the appointments; therefore, the child has not been able to get the proper treatment.
In helping this family, you will be helping the child get the treatment she needs to ensure her safety and well-being. The family would benefit from an Uber Gift card for transportation assistance. The family is Spanish speaking only. (I can translate if needed)

The sister shared the family is running low on basic feminine hygiene products such as pads, body wash, lotion etc. as well as diapers for her three-year-old daughter. The wonderful non-relative caregiver has placement of three children. The caregiver also has two children of her own. The caregivers are not currently receiving funding for the non-relative children. Caregiver has asked for assistance obtaining three dressers for the children. The color does not matter. 1 male -12 years old, 1 female- 13 years old, 1 female- 15 years old The caregiver is asking for "real" dressers, as she purchased some flimsy dresser like things from Amazon for them a while back and they are now falling a part and not holding the children's clothing. A family of four has one parent working at this time due to the mother caring full time for her autistic toddler. Both children sleep with the mother and are in need of their own beds. A toddler bed and a twin bunk bed is being requested to help the children have a safe sleeping space. The family has no beds for the children at this time. A toddler mattress, toddler bed frame, twin mattress and twin bed frames are being requested. Any assistance is appreciated for this family in need.

I am writing to request urgent support for a 15-year-old male who is relocating to South Carolina this Thursday to live with his grandmother. Due to ongoing family conflict, he is unable to return home following a short-term respite placement. His father has agreed to this move in order to provide the youth with the stability, structure, and long-term well-being necessary to prevent further involvement with DJJ and DCF.

Tragically, the youth’s father has discarded all of his personal belongings during the conflict, leaving him with no clothes, personal items, or essentials to bring with him. As this young man begins a new chapter of his life in a new state, he does so with nothing.

I am urgently requesting a $250 gift card to help this youth purchase basic necessities, clothing, and personal items upon his arrival in South Carolina. This support would make an immediate and meaningful difference in his ability to start over with dignity and hope.

Over the weekend, the mother and the male child (17) was involved in a dispute with the father. The father put the mother and the child out of the home, and now they are living in a hotel until tomorrow morning. The mother is unemployed and does not have any funds to take care for the child at the moment. A family member is willing to care for the child in Pensacola, Florida however the mother does not have a vehicle to transport the child to Pensacola, Florida. In order to prevent the child from living on the streets with the mother, she is in need of a plane ticket to get the child to Pensacola, Florida which is about $160 to $200. The mother is trying to get the child there by tomorrow as they are having to vacate the hotel room tomorrow. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

We are requesting support for a 22-year-old young mother with three children under the age of 5 (4 yrs, 3 yrs, 7 mo) who is facing multiple challenges and is in urgent need of assistance. She is currently employed at a daycare where her children also attend. Unfortunately, the daycare will be closing soon, resulting in the loss of both her job and childcare. She has a past-due balance of over $700 at a previous daycare center, making it difficult to find new affordable childcare options.

Additionally, she is unable to afford basic needs, including laundry services, diapers, and food. She is currently pending food stamp benefits, which have been delayed due to unresolved child support issues with the fathers of her children. She has ongoing issues with one of the fathers and is preparing to move out. He has refused to provide financial support, and the timeline for when child support will begin is uncertain.

This young mother is doing her best to provide for her children during this difficult time. We are asking for $500 in financial assistance to help her meet immediate needs such as food, rent, diapers, and other basic living expenses.

For the past year teen has been living with a family friend. Teen is 16 years old and will be reunified with mom who lives in Tennessee.
