The child(11) resides in the home with her father. The father's car recently battery died, and he is unable to purchase a new battery at the moment due to the families low income. The father recently gained employment but is finically unable to purchase a new battery at this time. The family is requesting assistance purchasing a Car Battery.

The mother is currently unemployed and struggles to purchase basic household items due to her limited income. She has expressed a need to deep clean her home and is requesting assistance with essential cleaning supplies for the kitchen and bathroom. Specifically, she needs bleach, Lysol, Clorox wipes, paper towels, rags, and any other necessary items. Additionally, she is requesting ziplock bags and toilet paper, if possible.

The family is on a fixed income and can't afford a safety gate for the child. A safety gate is being requested to assist the family to keep the 1 yr old child away from unsafe areas.

The mother of 5 children recently relocated from Michigan to Florida. The mother expressed that she is having financially difficulties purchasing beds for her children. The mother is in need of (2) twin beds including the mattress and bed frames and a (1) full size bed including the mattress and bed frames. Any assistance would greatly appreciated.

Grandmother is a caregiver of seven children and is in need of a dryer, and a handyman to install a sink. Sink is available. Caregiver does have to wash clothes for herself and seven children ranging from a 7-month child to a teenager. The sink is needed for cooking and to wash dishes. She is currently utilizing the bathroom for water. This will alleviate the stress of piles of clothes and the constant back and forth to the bathroom with a full house. It is overwhelming on one adult that is willing to take responsibility of seven children.

The paternal grandmother is caring for the 2-month-old baby boy. The mother came to the paternal grandmother's home on Mother's Day and has yet to return. The child's father signed temporary custody to the grandmother as he is unable to care for the child financially. The paternal grandmother is doing the best she can to care for the child but is in need of assistance of baby items such as infant clothing, socks, diapers, wipes and formula. Any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

The mother has a 1-year-old female child who is need of a play pin. The mother was observed co-sleeping with the child and unfortunately unable to afford a play pin. The mother and father recently separated, and the mother is facing financial challenges. Any assistance would greatly appreciated.

A family consisting of a mother (39), a father (38), and a 11-year-old daughter is in need of assistance with purchasing groceries for the week. The mother is currently unemployed, and the father recently gained employment but has not received their first check yet and has been struggling to make ends meet. The family has been utilizing food banks but is not able to pick up at the food bank again until June 21st. The family is requesting help with purchasing staple food items for the week, such as milk, bread, and eggs. They are seeking assistance with a Walmart grocery delivery.
