This grandma has a 6-month old in her care and she is doing amazing! She is only getting a small amount of money to care for the child, however, and she has requested a high chair and a door bouncer -- I looked them both up on Walmart's website and they're relatively cheap.

She's looking for assistance buying these items! If you have them used or can provide a gift card please let me know :)

Two girls, ages 3 and 10 have been placed with their aunt and uncle as a kinship placement. The girls are in need of a twin mattress to help support and stabilize this placement. Both aunt and uncle work full time, however, have limited income and have to care for their own two children as well their two nieces now. Any assistance with receiving this item would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I work with this young female client whose self-esteem has been shattered due to some lifetime changes and experiences. Because of this trauma, one of the identified ways to help her feel good about herself is getting her hair done. Unfortunately, the funds to accomplish this is far and few between. We're asking for a gift card donation of $200.00 to help this youth regain some sense of self-esteem to enhance her appearance and deter negative behaviors. We would appreciate any help offered to help and support this youth's journey of positive self-esteem and self-worth. This request is for a mother raising her daughter who is almost a year old. The mother is hard working and is doing her best to raise her daughter. She is in need of two baby gates because her baby is moving around more, and she does not want the baby to hurt herself on the stairs.

Mother has a 6-month-old baby. Mom and dad have just found housing when the child was born. Both parents are recovering drug users. Both parents have hx of housing instability. Mother's 2 older children are in the custody of paternal grandmother, due to her being overwhelmed while caring for the children. History of CPS involvement.

Baby is placed with maternal grandmother on a safety plan due to mother's lack of instability and inability to address her mental health needs. Verbal and physical dv present between mom and dad as well, causing the baby to be at risk of harm, if in the care of mom and dad. Grandmother needs support with baby supplies.

This request is for a 12-year-old girl who recently came into foster care. She wants to do her own hair and is need of the supplies to be able to do this. She is hoping for edge control gel and 3-4 packs of "X-pression pre stretched braiding hair" in black and pink (can be purchased on amazon or in a hair store). A visa gift card to get these items for the child would also be appreciated so that she can go to the store and pick out the hair items herself. I have a single dad of a less then 1 year old who left DV relationship with the baby's mother is in need of a high chair. Due to limited financial resources and being homeless with baby he is unable to purchase a high chair on his own. Dad and baby would benefit from having a high chair so the baby is safe place to sit preventing immediate danger of serious harm if the baby were to pick up unknown objects off the floor and put it in his mouth.

Resource recently took in child who was able to stabilize significantly being in her care. Resource has smoke detectors that are wired into her home, but she needs an electrician to fix them and does not have the funds to do so. In the meantime, we are looking to get her battery-operated smoke detectors to ensure the house meets safety standards.

This child has received a copy of beds from Hope Initiatives but due to his size the beds keep breaking and the child is hurting is back and not having a bed it has been hard for the child to sleep. This child is a big boy, and I am looking for a Full size or queen bed frame with a mattress. Mom works but there is another child in the home and mom is pregnant with a child on the way. This child is on the spectrum and with him not sleeping well it is affecting his behavior and how he reacts in school. The family lost everything about a year and half ago in a house fire where they lost everything, and they are starting to get back on their feet, but the child is too big for the Hope Initiatives beds so cw is asking for help with a bed for this family.

My client's well-being is being challenged each day in her current setting due to the condition of her shoes, and availability of proper footwear. 4 year old boy is in need of a twin sized bed with mattress. The child is currently living with his grandparents as mom is unable to care for him at this time. His father's whereabouts are unknown. He has outgrown his toddler bed and is need of a twin bed. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much.
