A new mom is in need of your assistance ensuring her newborn baby has adequate sleeping arrangements. The mother has a used crib for the baby however it is missing a few screws. There are concerns that the mother will result in co sleeping due to the crib not being in fair condition. By assisting the mother with a pack n play will be assisting in ensuring the newborn baby has adequate sleeping arrangements and remains safe.

The mother is currently the sole caretaker to her two kids 17 and 2. The mother recently left her domestic violence relationship and is needing assistance picking up her home after the paramour left the home a mess. The mother shares her mental health has declined since the event and has fallen behind on the upkeep of the home. The mother is requesting assistance with cleaning her home.

This single mom in our program has twins who just celebrated their birthday. She recently started a new job but is still unable to afford a gift that is both meaningful and educational, which is something she truly wants for her children. While she is doing everything she can to provide for their basic necessities, things like birthday presents are difficult for her to budget for. Your support in helping her purchase a special gift for her twins would mean the world to her and would bring joy to her children on their special day.

The mother just recently had a baby and is in need of resources to ensure the bay has the basic necessities. The mother is in need of Finacial help to obtain supplies for the baby including diaper, wipes, and clothing. she also needs assistance with food for her home to ensure she is eating a nutritious meal as so she can continue to breast feed the baby.

This request is being submitted on behalf of one of my clients who will reach the age of 18 in August 2025. She is entering into her Senior year in High School and is on-track to graduate in May 2026. She is currently employed and working at a McDonald's which is located in the vicinity of her foster care group home placement. She requested the following items to assist her with future budgeting and transportation to both work (as needed) and to other locations for outings, etc. The youth currently utilizes the staff van and Lyft/Uber service for transportation and reported that having a bicycle would further assist her with transportation to and from certain locations. The youth has requested the following items listed below: *Budget Planner *Bicycle (any pastel colors or blue/grey if a pastel color is not available) - please note that the youth is petite size and not able to manage/maneuverer a larger bicycle. She will require a bicycle for 5'0" height and under.

The patient is a single mother of seven children. About three years ago, she experienced the heartbreaking loss of her husband. That period was incredibly difficult for her and her children, especially during the passing of her two uncles and her grandfather, all within a short time. These losses deeply impacted the entire family emotionally. She currently lives with all seven of her children. While her older children do their best to support her when they can, she faces immense challenges managing the household. She needs support managing her utility bills, along with school supplies, as the school year is about to start. She has just recently started working again and is doing her best to provide for her family, but she lacks a strong support system around her. This request is a reminder to her that she is not alone. It shows her that there are people who care and that support is available, especially as a mother of seven. Meeting this need will bring her comfort and encouragement as she continues to rebuild and provide for her children.

This family is in need of groceries. The family consists of a single mother, an adult son, and 3 minor children. Today (7/15/25), mom notified me that she has lost her employment. Her adult son works part time, but he is also in school. Given the sudden loss of income, the family will have a difficult time managing their upcoming bills. Assistance with groceries would alleviate some of these stressors.

The mother has secured a Section 8 housing voucher and is preparing to move into stable housing with her four children. She has recently been approved for a home and is eager to take this important step toward stability. She works full-time and is also enrolled in college, demonstrating her commitment to providing a better future for her family. However, a past eviction and an outstanding TECO bill from over a year ago have created barriers to moving forward. By assisting with the past-due TECO balance, the mother will be able to pay the necessary deposit and officially move into her new home. This support will allow her to begin a new chapter in her life—reunified with all four of her biological children and on a path toward long-term stability.

Mother has been reunified with her 3-year-old son since March 2025. The mother is currently searching for more consistent employment and has been struggling to afford new clothing and shoes for the child. The mother requested assistance through a gift card to Ross, Burlington Coat Factory, or Target. When the request is met, the mother will be able to purchase the child much-needed clothing and shoes

This is a single foster mom who just recently lost her father and has moved in with her mother to assist her after her father's death. She is in need of a bunk bed and she has specific one that she is requesting. The links are below.

This request is for a travel system (car seat/ stroller) for a 3-month-old child who is currently staying in a family made arrangement with a family friend/ pastor of her family’s church. The child’s mother is currently receiving inpatient treatment. This help will allow the child to travel safely and comfortably while in the current caregiver’s residence. Go To Link

The mother is requesting relocation assistance after her home was recently broken into. She has two children and is seeking to move to a safer location for her family. If this request is met, the family will be able to relocate to a more secure environment. The mother has already identified suitable apartments, and once the deposit is paid, the complex will assign a unit. She is requesting $700 to help cover the $1,000 deposit and is committed to contributing the remaining $300 herself. She is currently employed and confident in her ability to maintain stable housing moving forward.
