The client is a single mother who recently started over after leaving an abusive relationship. The client is doing her best with her 14-year-old and 4-month-old but has no outside support and can only work every other weekend. Her water was shut off two days ago, and she is urgently seeking assistance with the bill. She also needs basic household items for herself and her children, as she is starting from scratch. The client above is looking for a dresser for herself, her 14-year-old son, and 4-month-old daughter. The client is also in need for baby clothes for her 4-month-old. The client has recently gotten her water turned off and is needing urgent assistance with the bill ($409). *****NOTE: “This request is being submitted by Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County on behalf of the client. Parent is requesting gas cards for the opportunity to drive to look for jobs, as well as get her student to school and improve attendance.

This mother of 3 children are in need of a kitchen table and chairs, a couch and beds if possible. The single mother has struggled with a bed bug infestation, for which they are unsure of the source. The mother was able to get the home treated, but she was advised by the Pest Control Company that all the bedding and furniture in the home would need to be thrown out and replaced to prevent a recurrence. She is struggling to replace the furniture and is in need of help.

The non-relative caregiver will be moving to a larger apartment on May 15, 2025. She is requesting assistance with a twin mattress only. She states that due to having to having to pay for first and last for their new home.

The paternal grandparents are not receiving any funds at the moment, their main focus to provided a roof and food for the child and currently don't have extra funds to purchase the bedframe. The family only need assisting with just twin bedframe, they already have the mattress for the child.

A single mother of three children is currently seeking help to pay a utility bill in the amount of 283.75. She is employed full time and has been able to make ends meet on her own until her car broke down. In order to be able to go to work and take her children to school and daycare she was obligated to fix the vehicle. However, in allotting funds to car repairs her utility bill took a backseat and now she is anxious about the possibility of her lights being cut off. She is a hard worker and is currently receiving employment and education services from the Urban League of Broward County.

Family needs help with beds for 3 of their 5 children. At this time their 3 school aged kids do not have proper beds to sleep in and would benefit from having their own twin bed.

She is needing a convertible toddler seat for her one year old, a 2 in 1 booster car seat for her three year old and a 2 little boosters for her 6 and 8 year old. The mom is needing these seats to keep her kids safe in the car. The families oven is not working making it hard to cook for the kids. The mom cant afford one at this time.
