This family is soon to be facing eviction and is struggling to afford food because so much money is going toward trying to pay past-due rent. She is a single mother and has a 1st grader and a 2nd grader.

I know funds for rent are difficult to acquire but if there is any possibility of rent funds as well that would be helpful in addition.

The family includes a single mother and a 13-year-old girl. Mom is very hard-working and committed to her daughter's success and overall well-being. The youth is dedicated to her education and wants to ensure that she is prepared for high school in the fall. Mom has had to change her work schedule and is not able to bring her daughter to and from school some days of the week, and the school does not offer bussing to their location. The youth could benefit from a bike in order to get to and from school on the days in which her mother is working. The youth is 5'4'' tall and would need a bike for that height. She would prefer a black bike/helmet. Thanks for considering!!

I am working with a single mother of 1 who is in need of a queen-sized bed, (Frame mattress and beddings). The bed is for her daughter who love's the color purple or princess themed items. Daughter is on the spectrum, with celebral Palsey and many other developmental delays. Mom is requesting for a queen because daughter has outgrown the twin. The apartment does have an elevator. providing this to the family will ensure daughter has a safe and comfortable place to sleep as she now shares a bed with mom.

A mother and her 12-year-old daughter lost their housing in October 2024 and were homeless and living in a shelter until March 2025 when they got housed in a new 2-bedroom apartment in their community of choice. The mom worked incredibly hard to get new housing so they could be safe and stable again and get the daughter's emotional support cat back (which they will soon be getting!). They are so happy in their new apartment and they were able to get most of their previous items out of storage and bring them to the new apartment. One of the final items they need is a kitchen table and chairs (2 chairs). Right now they have a folding table and folding chairs substituting.

A mom and her two daughters live together in an apartment and the mother recently left the children's abusive father. She is working with the court system to ensure her and her children's safety going forward. The father broke a lot of items in the apartment and one of the major items he broke was their couch. The family doesn't have anything to sit on together in the living room and are hoping for a couch so they can sit together again (regular 3 cushion couch). The family lives on the first floor of the apartment building.

This a request for field trip money for a 2 students. They are a set of twins, in our first grade cohort. The students are taking a field trip to Gibbs Farm. The family does not have the money to pay the field trip fee. It is $20/student in order to attend.

Single mom and her two boys (ages 11 and 9) are in need of few items. Mom is currently applying to nursing school and trying to find a job she can do while in school. Mom has been able to overcome so many obstacles, including her own mental health struggles. Medical professionals have recommended weighted blankets for both mom and a child. The sunscreen is also medical related. She is now in a better place and ready to go back to school and work but has other obstacles she has to overcome before she is able to do those. On of the family's cats has extreme separation anxiety and the vet recommending a calming cat suit. In the meantime, the family struggles to get various items that they need. Cleaning supplies needed are: Lysol wipes, Lysol disinfectant spray, Lysol all-purpose spray, Dawn dish soap, and 2 antibacterial hand soap. Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper is preferred. Hygiene items: 2 Kid's Mouth Wash (fruit & mint), Eucerin Eczema Relief Lotion, OGX Biotin & Collagen Shampoo/Conditioner, Neutrogena Collagen Bank Lotion, Neutrogena Acne Body Scrub, and Neutrogena Face Wash. Water pitcher is Brita; can be generic filter. Family would be grateful for any of the items on the list.

At Crystal Women's Clinic we serve expectant moms and their families. We also have other parents stop by who are looking for larger sized diapers for their children. We have a student that is expecting a baby boy in August 2025. She is a teen mother and is in need of extra support as she prepares for her baby's arrival. The following items are needed: Pack-n-play Diapers (size N and 1) Baby boy clothing (N, 0-3 months)
