We are currently working with a family who would benefit from two trundle beds. Four female children are sharing a small bedroom with two beds in which they all share. There is limited space in the bedroom for the children to relax, do homework, etc. The children have articulated concern for the limited space. Trundle beds would allow for increased living space for the children and would positively impact their mental health to allow for proper space and beds that accommodate the needs of these children. The mother has not been able to purchase trundle beds for the children but they would greatly appreciate any support in helping them achieve this vision for safety and stability for four wonderful children.

The client is an unemployed single mother with four children, ages 9, 16, 17, and 19. She is in need of assistance obtaining a bus pass. Her vehicle was recently repossessed or stolen, leaving her without reliable transportation. She requires transportation to and from various agencies, which are a few miles from her home—too far to walk. This support would enable her to access essential services, including food and personal hygiene items, while she actively seeks employment to create a stable environment for the children.

One of my families is in the adoption process of a 2 year old boy. He is very busy and all over the place and she requested this carrier for him (link below). This will be helpful as they are an active family to keep him close as they are out and about.

A single mother of 6 children and her family are suffering from the unexpected death of her grandchild. As a result, the mother has gotten behind on her bills and other necessities due to unexpected funeral home expenses and decreasing clientele at her job. The mother unexpectedly spent almost $1000 at the funeral home. There have been many events happening all at once and the mother could use assistance with gas and food. Fulfilling this request will place the mother back on the right track to become more self-sufficient after these unfortunate events.

The family lost everything during Hurricane Milton/Helene. The mother’s townhouse was severely damaged, and she lost everything. She was displaced until the landlord fixed the damages. When the request is met the family will have the much-needed items to be comfortable in the home.

The two oldest children came into the dependency system nearly three years ago and the youngest child was born into the case. The caregiver has been active in maintaining the sibling group in her care since placement over a year ago. The caregiver also has custody of a grandchild with disabilities. The caregiver worked to recertify her level 1 license but there was a delay in funding, and this has continued to set the caregiver back with paying the bills on time. The caregiver is working to keep track of her budget and is enrolled in financial coaching services. She is currently utilizing community resources to assist with reducing financial strains such as using food banks. The caregiver was able to locate cheaper car insurance but had to use money to pay the down payment and associated fees. The caregiver needs financial assistance to help pay her next car insurance payment in the amount of $210.42.

This request is being made for a single mother with two children, 9 years old and 4 years old. The mother is a very caring and protective mother of her two children. The family members have all suffered trauma related to the children's father (not in the home) and the mother does all she can to provide a better life for her kids. One child has Autism and the mother is in process of trying to get him enrolled into an ABA therapy center. Until then, the mother has to provide significant supervision preventing her from working full time. As a result, the mother is struggling to obtain items needed to better manage their household. The family is in need of up to two (2) medium dog cages for at home, as the family does have a couple pups in their home. Two (2) sets of bed sheets for the children’s beds. Shoes for the daughter would be so helpful: Size 1 girls shoe (4 years old). Cleaning Supplies needed: Mops, brooms, cleaning sprays, sponges, dusters.

A single mother of four children, ages 11, 9, 5, and 2, is seeking assistance with furniture for her family. Despite working full-time, she is struggling to make ends meet and cannot afford “extras” like furniture. She is in need of: A toddler bed for her two-year-old daughter A toddler bed frame (she has a mattress) for her five-year-old son A queen-sized bed frame for her 11-year-old daughter A good night’s sleep is essential to a child’s health and well-being, helping them focus better in school. Any assistance for this family would be greatly appreciated.

The caregiver has four of her grandchildren, 3 girls and 1 boy. The caregiver is currently in the process of adopting the youngest two. The caregiver had three of her grandchildren residing with her at first and a baby was born into the case. Initially, the caregiver was not able to handle a newborn with the other children and she had a family friend to become a non-relative placement/ potential adoption placement. After a year of them caring for the youngest child, the non-relative placement was disrupted and the caregiver found herself now caring for four of her grandchildren. The caregiver has beds for all the children but, the room is tight as she has a twin bed with a trundle underneath, a toddler bed and a pack n play in the bedroom. The caregiver would like to receive a bunk bed for the children to assist with space in bedroom. The parents' rights have been terminated, and the caregiver is in the process of adoption. The caregiver is also in the process of being licensed with another child in the home. Licensing did have some concerns with the spacing in the bedroom. The caregiver is planning to re-organize the room to comply but, bunkbeds can assist.

I am seeking assistance with providing for the needs of my client and her family. The family consist of herself, her partner and four children under the age of 13. They are a single income family living with limited income. The mother is unable to work do to an injury that has affected her mobility. The mother is currently seeking disability. The family is having to move to a new location due to the landlord not renewing there lease. The home they are moving into was previously inhabited by an individual with hoarding issues. They are in the process of emptying the home and cleaning up the yard in preparations to move in the beginning of March. They would benefit from assistance with construction garbage bags, cleaning supplies and yard tools. The family stated that they need rakes and hedge trimmers.

Any assistance that can be offered would greatly benifit the family and they would be tremendously grateful.

The household consists of one adult, three children (M 10, F 11 and M 7) in need of a washing machine. The caregiver has two jobs, and works an average of 47 hours a week and struggles to afford weekly trips to the laundromat. Only being able to wash small batches of clothes at a time. This has resulted in a pile up of unclean clothes in the house, which has started to produce an odor. Without an in-home washing machine, the family must make frequent trips to the laundromat, which is both costly and time-consuming. The burden of carrying heavy loads of clothes, often late in the evening after work and school, has made their daily routine even more challenging.

A washing machine would be life-changing for this family. It would save them time, reduce their financial strain, and ensure that the children always have clean clothes for school and activities. More importantly, it would provide them with a sense of stability and comfort in theri home.
