Financial Need for Wifi Routers for Single Moms to Support Parenting Classes, Job Searches, and Vital Resources! We are seeking assistance to provide routers for the single mothers in our maternity home. Access to reliable internet is essential for our moms to complete parenting classes, conduct job searches, and connect to vital resources that support their journey toward stability and independence. With internet access, these women will have the tools they need to: participate in online parenting and life skills classes, apply for jobs and prepare for interviews, and access critical resources, including housing applications, educational opportunities, and telehealth services. Your support in providing funds for routers would make a significant difference in empowering our moms to achieve their goals.

The family has relocated back to Dallas County to their home. They have been able to obtain a bed for their oldest child but is in need of two toddler beds for their youngest children. Mom just started working but in the process of getting established in her role and assisting with household necessities. The family has experienced a lot over the past 9 months, and a little assistance will really help alleviate some of the families' financial stressors.

We are assisting single mothers who are working hard to care for their six-month-old babies. As their little ones continue to grow, the need for diapers and wipes has increased. These items will provide essential support, ensuring the babies have what they need to stay clean, comfortable, and healthy. We are in need for Pampers Wipes and Pampers Size 2, 3, and 4 diapers.

My client is a single mom of 5 children. She is involved with CPS due to an assault against two of her children and against herself. Mo is trying to take care of everything by herself. She was working at an internship and going to school. The internship is over, and she was not hired on. Mo chose to protect her children and keep them safe and the person that was helping her with the bills is no longer in the home.
Mo needs help with the electricity bill. The electricity bill is $323.98. When this need is met the children will be able to continue to live in a home that is cool as the hot Texas summer approaches. I have the privilege of working alongside a resilient and courageous client—a single mother of four, with her youngest just 5 months old. Over the past year, I’ve witnessed her endure an overwhelming number of hardships. During her pregnancy, she experienced homelessness, living out of her car while tirelessly seeking shelter, all without success.

Through her determination, she was eventually able to secure stable housing. Unfortunately, due to a recent incident of domestic violence involving the father of her children—who had been her only source of financial support—she is now facing eviction for nonpayment of rent. On top of this, she recently lost her car, which has made it impossible for her to work and maintain financial stability.

She has been reaching out to shelters for over a month, with no success. Thankfully, she has finally found a temporary place to stay that could offer her and her children some stability. However, she needs to come up with a $500 deposit to secure it.

Any support, no matter the size, would be deeply appreciated. It will not only help her secure safe housing but also mark a crucial first step in rebuilding a stable and hopeful future for her and her children.

At CCA, we provide uniform shirts for all our students so they can be ready to start the school year in dress code. This is of huge help especially for families who may not be able to afford them. We’re asking for the funds to cover the cost of school shirts with the CCA logo, so every student can start the year strong. Every student receives 3-5 shirts so that they can be in dress code on a daily basis.

This student recently graduated from our school. We are a second chance school who serves students who have struggled in the traditional public school setting. This student is an honors student who is also very responsible. This student is pregnant and is in need of equipment for her baby. She needs a stroller with a car seat as well as the pack and play with the basinet included. She is also in need of a baby bath tub, bottles, diapers, burpees, receiving blankets, and pacifiers.
