Parent needing rental assistance due loss of employment.

I am requesting a bed for a teenager on my caseload who is currently on monitored return with her mother who are local to fort worth. The child currently sleeps on a air mattress and needs more stable bedding. I am asking for Twin size bed to help with this monitored return as mom doesn't have the financial support for a bed at this time.

I am currently working with a 21 y/o, single, pregnant mother of 3 who is in need of help with half of her rent. The client's mother typically pays half of the rent, but she has unexpectedly lost her job and is unable to pay her portion for the month of June. The client works full time and does the best she can, but already struggles to manage her portion of the bills while also caring for 3 kids, and now just finding out she is pregnant with a 4th. The client is worried that they will be facing eviction if they are to fall behind on the rent which is currently up to date. The family has exhausted all other options to this point and would be grateful for any assistance at all in attempt to keep them from falling behind, and would give them time to save and prepare for the following months rent. Mom and dad have 8 children and the father is the only one working. The infant is a medical needs child. The family needs assistance in providing things not only for the baby, but a stove to be able to feed/cook for the children in the home.

We are preparing for a kinship placement with grandparent. Child has been separated from her and his sibling for about 4 years and we are ready for reunification. The child is 13 years old and likes the color blue.

Family of 10 (2 adults 8 children) is in desperate need of a multi-seat stroller that could accommodate three children. Mother has 3 children under 5 with primary medical needs that requires her to transport them to the hospital frequently. Mom is currently unemployed and does not have the financial means to purchase one. In order for children to be taken to the hospital for medical emergencies, father must take off of work thus reducing his income while mom stays home with the remaining children. Children are 10 month old weighing 16 lbs, 1 year old weighing about 20 lbs, and 5 year old weighing 55 lbs.

Family is seeking a new window unit due to their current unit not cooling the home efficiently. There is an infant in the home and with the use of fans, it does not cool the home.

Mother and child have obtained a new camper after the old one had many roaches, hole in the floor, tarp covering roof to prevent leaking and urine-stained mattresses from bed wetting. Mother and child have inquired about assistance with new mattresses (Full size and Queen Size), bedding for the beds and organization totes/dresser for clothing storage.

These items are needed to provide Mother and Child with a clean and sanitary home. The income tax they received covered the cost of the new camper. There is very little income that Mother receives.

Hello, I have 2 teenage girls (15 and 13) that are in need of clothes, shoes and under garments. They were living with their mother, who is verbally and emotionally abusive. Their mother struggles with substance abuse and gave away and sold all their things. The girls have very little items and continue to wash the same clothes. The girls are amazing children who deserve to have their basic needs met. I am asking for clothing for the girls' shirts, pants, shorts, shoes, bras and underwear.

The family in need is a family of 4, consisting of a stay-at-home mom, a working dad, and 2 children ages 8 and 12. Currently they are struggling financially due to them moving to Texas from out of state a couple of months ago and being a single-income family. The family resides in a one-bedroom apartment, and they are in need of furniture. They would benefit from a sofa bed or an L-shaped couch since the oldest child sleeps on a loveseat in the living room. They are also in need of a dining table and chairs since they don’t have one and are using a ping pong table at the moment. The family would really appreciate assistance obtaining the following items: -Sofa bed or L-Shaped couch -Dining table and chairs

Children were taken in by their aunt. Mother's whereabouts are unknown at this time. 1 teenage boy 1 teenage girl

The aunt could use some help with groceries to help supply food for the children. She could also use a gas card to help the cost of bringing the children to appointments.

Parent(mom) would like assistance with receiving a potty chair to teach her son to potty independently and diapers. Mom is a single parent and struggling to purchase diapers. She is currently receiving some assistance receiving diapers but the amount she is receiving is not enough.
