I have a mom in need of a 31-day bus pass to help her get to meetings and services. She has come out of a really tough situation, but has picked herself up and is doing all she can to get her child back. Any assistance with this will be greatly appreciated!

Hello Care Portal Teammates! we have several youth in the office today and tomorrow needing placement. We are in need of simple breakfast and lunch/dinner food (i.e. sandwich stuff, water bottles, cheese, lunch meat, macaroni and cheese, milk, cereal, etc.) for the youth while they are awaiting placement. These items will help ease the youth and take burden off of staff having to meal plan for the youth. Thank you so much for your care!

A mother and father of a 6 month old girl is in need of help with the cost of hotel room. Mother just started a new job and father is currently waiting for his payday. They lost there place of residence and sleeping out of car and need help getting a hotel room.

14 year old child who is extremely delayed has an opportunity to have a TV and DVD player in her room to watch things she would like to watch. 14 year old would be extremely grateful to those persons donating to make her room fun!

URGENT: COMMUNITY SUPPORT NEEDED! Help two children under the age of six in DHS Care While they Await Placement. We currently have two children in the DHS office while we work to secure a foster home. Waiting for placement can be extremely tough—and relying on fast food for every meal isn't healthy or sustainable. We're asking for donations of easy-to-prepare groceries to help through this time. 🛒 Grocery Needs Include: • Snacks (crackers, chips, granola bars, etc.) • Lunch bread for sandwiches peanut butter and jelly, lunchables. Kid Cuisine and other frozen meals, frozen corndogs lunch and breakfast style, bananas, apples, and applesauce. Your kindness can bring comfort and care to a child in transition. The department is working with a family that has fallen on some unfortunate circumstances. Natural parents are not currently able to reside at the same location as the children, they work i and are travelling to the opposite side of town more than once daily to maintain consistent contact with their children. This has put quite a strain on their finances with fuel for their vehicles. The department is requesting financial assistance with gas cards to offset this cost to allow them to pay for necessary services recommended for reunification. I am certain this family will pay it forward when they are able.

The department is working with a single mother of 4 children, consistency of one infant, 1 special needs child and 2 elementary aged children. This single mother does a wonderful job caring for her children; however, she could use some assistance with necessary supplies for the 2 with the highest needs. The department is requesting assistance with size 4 diapers, size 4T/5T pullups, sensitive fragrance free wipes and Similac advanced formula. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

The department is working with a single mother without transportation. Reliable transportation is essential for this single mother and her child to attend all scheduled visits and critical appointments related to their safety and for support services. Providing bus passes would greatly assist this natural mother in meeting the necessary requirements to work toward case closure. Any support in helping her access public transportation would be deeply appreciated. In addition, this single mother could use some assistance with diapers, wipes and formula for her growing baby boy who is almost 1 year old. This sweet child does have extremely sensitive skin, so the department would like to request Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive size 5 diapers, sensitive (fragrance free) wipes and Good Start Gentle Pro Dr. Brown's formula. Any assistance offered would be greatly appreciated at this time. I'm certain this mother will pay it forward when she is in a better spot.

A child placed in an intermediate children's center for intellectual disabilities has been moved to a bigger cottage. The child has requested a Nintendo Switch, and the staff feels he would fit in better with the other children in the cottage if he was to have one. Owning a Nintendo Switch would help him feel included during conversations or group activities, as several other members in the cottage has their own devices.

There is a natural mother in trial reunification with her two minor children. One of her children is in need of an MRI. While the child was in foster care there was a $140 bill that wasn't paid for and it has to be paid prior to the child getting his MRI. By assisting this mother with help with this medical bill it will allow the child to get his MRI.

There is four children in Trial Reunification with Natural Mother. The mother is need of car part of her car which is preventing her from driving far distances. By assisting this mother with a part for her car, it will allow the family to get to all of their daily medical and therapy appointments as needed for the family.

I am working with a biological family of three. As recommended, Mom has lived at a sober house since January 2025. While she lived away from home, a "trusted" friend made sure everything was okay at the residence by staying there full time. Mom asked the friend to leave when she realized everything was not okay at the residence, and now that she is permitted to return to home, is working toward damage repair. Mom will have family time visits at the residence starting on 06/30/2025 and is essentially starting from scratch while working hard to get the residence ready! Mom needs to baby proof with with two gates (sue to stairs), outlet covers, and cabinet latches. She also needs all essential cleaning items, such as: broom and dustpan, mop and bucket, floor cleaner, dish soap, scrub pads, bathroom cleaner, toilet brush and plunger, window cleaner, and laundry detergent. Finally, Mom has little transportation support since moving out of the sober house and also needs a bus pass to continue to participate in all recommended services.
