The children were sheltered, and the caregiver needs assistance with a dresser and a table for the room the children will be sleeping in. Any and all assistance is appreciated.
This family has faced eviction recently but has been reunified with their mother. The mother is in need of two toddler beds with mattresses for her small children as they currently do not have any. The family has recently moved into their new home but because of the recent eviction they lost most of their basic household items like the childrens beds. We want the children to sleep comfortably at night in their own beds and have a fresh start to their new life with their mother.
A young single mother, 24, of two boys 3 and 5 years old, is having difficulty managing the rent and electric of the residence. Rent is over $1,000 and the light bill has continued to be overwhelming even while being on payment plans. Currently the bill is $818.00, and no more extensions will be given to the family. Mother is employed and has some help from her mom though this is not a consistent assistance. Mother makes sure that children have all their needs even if that means she goes without. Monies have been tied up on bills for the past few months and mom is just needing some help to get things back in a manageable place of finances.
This family of four is living in a hotel due to the inflation of the cost of living. This family is working to save money for a downpayment on a stable home. This family needs assistance with diapers and wipes for their toddler and newborn baby. Their toddler is a 3t-4t in pull-ups and their newborn is a size 4 in diapers. Any assistance would be greatly appriciated!

A single other of four kids has been without a car now for quite some time. Her and her 18 y/o walk to work to pay the bills but she has been struggling with finding ways to get her younger kids to the doctor... as her youngest son has a big doctor appointment coming up soon and the appointment was made 2 years ago so there rescheduling isn't an option. Unfortunately , this family went through some domestic violence a few months ago with the baby's father and since him being kicked out and removed from the family and home, they have been struggling for quite sometime trying to get their feet back on the ground. They are such a loving and caring family and the mother does everything she can to provide for her kids, transportation has been her downfall recently... I believe an Uber or Lyft gift card for this family would be extremely beneficial, as the mother and her youngest are needing to drive to this appointment at USF soon! She would also be able to make a successful trip to the store to get some gifts for the kids for christmas, as it is hard for her to walk and carry bags home...
A single mother of 3 children is need of assistance. The mother is struggling with getting the children clothing and footwear.

Child 2: Female - 6/7 in clothing and size 2 in sneakers.
Child 3: Female - 5/6 in clothing and size 1 in sneakers.
Any and all assistance is appreciated. The mother is willing to pick up clothing if possible.
Parent is a single mother with 4- and 2-year-old sons, they just recently moved into an apartment and need the essential household item(s) living room furniture, bunk beds, full size bed with bedding for each and a dining room table.
A mother who is currently working on reunification with her child, is in need of assistance with paying for essential medical care. The mother is diagnosed with diabetes and it is medically necessary to receive "Diabetic Retinopathy" on a monthly basis. If the mother does not receive this medical attention, there is a high probability that she will begin to lose her vision. This physical ailment will risk the mother being able to drive to her scheduled visits with the child as well as her scheduled appointments in continuing to work her case plan. Assistance throughout this manner will assist the mother in maintaining her safety while also allowing for her to continue to work towards reunification with the child. Information on how to assist this mother in need will be shared with any entity available to assist.

The mother is currently pregnant with twins and is having to commute via city bus because she does not have enough money to repair her car at this time. Her van needs a transmission repair. It would mean the world to this expecting mother to have assistance in getting her car repaired just in time for the holidays!

This request is for a caregiver that took in twin teenagers after their guardian passed away. The caregiver has 4 children of her own and resides in a 3-bedroom home. Due to the number of children in the home, they would benefit greatly from a bunk bed system containing 3 twin beds for space and the safety of the children. She was able to purchase one set for the "girls" room, but could use assistance for a set for the "boys" room as 6 new beds is a large financial burden.

My family is a married couple with three children ages 9 boy,7 girl and 7 month old baby girl . They were recently evicted and as her Advocate I was able to find them a temporary place to reside during this transition and the cost is 1300 per month . This has caused the school to change for the school age children but they are adjusting .Mom is a very hard worker and Dad had loss his job and has been having difficulty finding employment since he has a felony record. He has been doing odd jobs but this is not enough. The needs are Blankets, sheets and towels and wash-cloths. The need is personal hygiene items for the entire family. The baby needs a bath tub. The mother works an hour and a half from her job and a gas card would be very helpful. The storage unit is due for payment as all of there furnishings and household items are being stored until a new home is found.
A family of 9 just took in another placement, a newborn baby with health issues, making it a family of 10. Foster mom has been sick the last several days, leaving the bulk of the responsibility on foster dad. On top of every day life challenges and foster mom being sick, they have needed to attend extra Dr. appointments and staffings, etc. for their new placement. They are an amazing family that is continually giving of themselves to help those in foster care.
We are requesting meals for this family for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday while foster mom is recovering. Thank you for considering!

A single mother with 7 children was put into a rough situaiton as of last Sunday. She is a teacher and some of her children attend the school she teaches at and the older kids are homeschooled. Last Sunday, she was unfortunately kicked out of her home due to her 12 y/o son damaging the property and having the cops called one too many times. They have been living in a hotel as of the weekend before thanksgiving. The family did have to spend thanksgiving in a hotel and was not able to have a thanksgiving meal due to the hotel not even having a kitchen and her not having the funds to take them out... The mother does not own a car either due to a car accident she was in earlier this year. When they lived in their home, her coworker/friend would pick them up and drop them off everyday because their home was in the route the friend took. the mother was planning on getting a car for her tax return and was going to continue getting rides until then, but now since she is in a hotel that is way further away, the friend is no longer able to pick them up. The mother has been struggling this week. She pays for hotels a week or two at a time because the rates are cheaper, but it leaves her with pretty much nothing left to get to and from the school. Her goal is moving to a closer hotel soon but that won't start till next week and as of right now a round trip is $40 an Uber a day... The family would greatly benefit from an Uber giftcard this week. she can get rides from her friend next wee

A Single mother of 4 has fallen on some hard times. She manages the home by keeping all the kids in school and herself job searching daily. Currently, is behind in her utilities due to the many installment plans she has had to abide by in order to keep her lights on. While unemployed at this time mother has been making dinners with food from the food pantries to suffice. She expressed the want to return to the health care field now that she has all the children in the perspective places during the day. Mother is expecting to be hired on by Amazon as a driver helper delivering packages for the season and wishes to keep this as a part time job even after the season. The mother is working diligently on regaining her head of household position and is needing some assistance to stabilize the few things she's unable to manage consistently while trying to rebuild.
This young teen foster child was reunified with her biological family, however she never has a chance to pack up all of her belongings. Especially as the weather gets colder she is in need of some more of her clothes. The foster home and biological family have tried to coordinate a time to meet up, however the family lives several hours away. Schedules and distance have prevented them from being able to get her belongings to her. This request is for financial assistance to help cover the cost of shipping for this single foster mom so that she can send some of the needed clothing and some of the child's most cherished items to her. We are very grateful for any assistance that can be provided!

This family is single mother with one 2-year-old son that is in need of assistance paying her apartment application fee. This young mom has a housing voucher that will pay f her monthly rental cost but is in need of assistance paying her application fee of $325. Mom has been staying with friends and family which ultimately put her child at risk for being exposed to other people's lifestyles like alcohol and smoking causing a CPI report to be made. Mom is currently living in Clearwater, but her housing voucher is for Hillsborough. She has an apartment complex that she is working with, and they are holding a spot due to her financial hardship. Mom expressed interest in making social connections through church once she relocates to Hillsborough County, mom states she feels she lacks support from family but relies on her faith to keep her going. Providing this family with assistance will not only help getting them stable housing but give the child a safe environment to thrive in and a sense of normalcy.
