We have a 19-year-old female who has moved out on her own with her 1-year-old daughter. This young mom is doing well but she does need some assistance to make things a little smoother. This youth is in need of washer and dryer to be able to have easy access to wash hers and her daughter's clothes. This request if for a family of a single dad with 3 children. Dad often cannot afford larger house repairs and recently one of their bedroom windows broke and they will not be able to get this fixed this on their own. Dad would need help with the purchase and installation of a new window.

A single mother needs to have trash hauled off from her home. The mother has trash bags and boxes to dispose of. Due to the passing of her late husband, she has fallen into a state of depression. The mother was willing to receive help from the department. The mother is raising four children on her own, with only the help of her mother. The mother needs assistance getting these to the dump due to her not having a big enough vehicle to take these items.

This is a father of baby. He is trying to be intentional in seeing is baby and needs a toddler car seat. Unable to afford one at this time.

I currently have a single mom who has 10 kids who is in need of some beds or cots to help make her apartment more livable for her family. She is working so hard at getting the apartment together and really making it a home for the kids. She could really use the support from her community right now. She could use 2 full beds + bedding sets or some cots for the kids so they can have a place to sleep. She would really appreciate any help her community can help her with. She is nearing one year of sobriety, has bravely left a domestic violence situation, and has fought to get the support her children need to thrive. Now, she’s taking the next step toward stability - securing a home where she can plant roots and truly take ownership! However, the home needs a lot of work. Demolition, paint, cabinets, flooring, and more. It’s not move-in ready, and we can’t do this alone. We need the community’s help to turn this space into a safe, welcoming home for her and her children. This is more than just a renovation. It’s a chance to invest in someone who is becoming a leader in her community - someone committed to walking with and supporting other families on their journeys. A family with two children recently took in two dogs from their sister. The dogs almost had their sister evicted from her apartment, and now they are faced a similar dilemma. If they don't find a home for the dogs, they could be evicted. The family is looking for a home for the two dogs. They searched rescue sites and no kill shelters but hasn't received any help or support. Please help support this family by either taking in the dogs or by spreading the word.

Hello! Church, we have an opportunity to come alongside a single mom who is a member at Wildwood & help support her as she cares for the older bio siblings (brothers ages 9 & 12) of her adopted son. The brothers are still in foster care and need care for a period of 10 days in July. To say yes, the single mom needs childcare for the boys while she is at work. There are openings at a local day camp for both boys. The cost for 7 days of camp for both boys is $700. Please keep this family in your prayers - pray specifically for the time the three brothers will have together.
