Currently living in a shelter (Human-Kind), a single mother of 4 is in extreme and immediate need of hotel accommodations due to increased overcrowding and no guarantee of a bed from night to night. All family members have high medical needs and they are looking to stay at least 6 nights at a safe hotel. New estimated price for 6 nights will be from $350 to $400 total.

Mom said if she can get help with Kansas Gas bill she owes, around 330.00 mom and dad are not working life is hard and they are trying everything to stay afloat with bills and just the basic needs for her children and her whole family.

A single mom of four has been working hard to provide for her children. She recently got a job and a vehicle. She uses the vehicle to drive her child to and from school. But, the vehicle is in need of new tires, and mom is unable to afford that.

Mom is also struggling to pay for gas to be able to drive her son to school and get to her job. She is requesting help paying for new tires and fuel.

This mom and her four children are finally moving into their own home, and they are very excited. However, with the deposit, first month's rent, and a delay in starting her job, she is needing some help with the initial cost.

14- and 16-year-old girls are still in DCF custody after reintegrating with their mother. The father has a significant role in the lives of the children. By conquering addiction and staying sober, as well as attending to the children's basic, medical, and mental health needs, the mother and father have made tremendous progress in providing for their family during a difficult period. In order to support the family and keep the kids in their home, the mother, who was just laid off, needs assistance with rent payments. Both parents have maintained their jobs throughout the case. In order to avoid late fees, Mother is asking for help with rent, which is $764.00 and due by May 1, 2025, at the latest, May 5, 2025. She applied for unemployment insurance on April 21, 2025, and she is currently applying for several jobs every day.

Bio mother was victimize and now she and her son are homeless. They are needing a place to stay for the weekend. I am requesting a hotel room for three nights from Friday to Monday Morning at 11am, as mother can lose her son for sleeping in the car. The three night stay at Sky Place Inn Suites Wichita Kansas 7321 E Kellogg Dr, will total between $175-$180.

Mother has a 1 week old baby and had a C-section. She is not able to work until she heals and needs assistance with her rent and gas and electricity bill. Mother speaks Spanish and will need an interpreter. Rent is due on 25 April and gas is due 5 May.

Mother recently got children back and is trying to make ends meet. Children in the home would benefit from having a place to sleep. Children can either have bunk beds or frame and mattress. Either one works. Children would be thankful.

Single mom who moved her from Africa to better her life. Mom was recently accepted into a CNA program, so that she can start working here and better her life for her and her son. mom has acquired a daycare willing to accept her son. Due to DCF not paying for parents just in school mom is needing help paying for her sons daycare for the five weeks she is in school and then taking the state exam. Mom is requesting $140 a week for five weeks so her son has reliable childcare. Mom's school starts on May 5/6 and ends 6/3.

After losing housing due to the landlord selling the property, a single mother of 5 has been able to locate housing for her and her 5 children. Mom is in need of gently used furniture, such as a sofa, dresser, end table, a kitchen table and chairs. This furniture would provide the family with some comfort and a safe environment to grow in.
