My ct needs some help with rent at $450 that was due already April 1st. My Ct has had a job at Tyson for a while but then out of no where started suffering heart attacks or high anxiety type issues and got put on a heart monitor. Her doctor wrote her a note for work explaining in his medical opinion she could still work as long as she was put on a lighter duty then normal. This was done for a week or two while the heart monitor was doing its job all the sudden Tyson fired her saying she was a liability to the company and they had to let her go. She is currently talking to a lawyer about the legality of this issue plus filing unemployment that she may or may not get. She also says the unemployment office says unemployment checks when approved can now take a month to get to you. That is crqazy which means her rent will come due again on May 1st. With her light duty work schedule being fired and being off for a week for medical reason my ct's last check was only $40 and needs help with two rent payment of $450 each (one being past due from April 1st the other due May 1st. She already lives in CDSA's housing which is already a low income apartment.

A current kinship placement has 4 children in the home (2 teenage foster children and 1 biological teenager). They have not started receiving their state stipend for having the children and are struggling on getting their electric bill caught up. The foster parents are now behind a month. The placement providers would be very appreciative if they could get at least $300.00 paid towards their OG&E bill so they can quit being so stressed about that bill. They also asked about getting assistance for some food as well. They stated that any assistance with these items would be greatly appreciated!!

A dedicated mother of four young boys recently secured bunk beds to provide her children with proper sleeping arrangements. However, she was unable to obtain mattresses for the beds due to financial constraints. The family is currently in need of two twin mattresses to complete the boys' beds and ensure they have a comfortable and safe place to sleep.

A 13-year-old African American girl is in need of hair care products suitable for her hair type to help her maintain and style it. She is specifically requesting a type called "Eco Gel" or another called "Gorilla Snot", along with an edge control gel, and a new scarf to wear over her head during the day.

Father is needing help with car parts to get his vehicle up and running so that he is able to make it to work and services. He is needing a Fuel Pump and an A/C compressor for a 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe 2WD.

We has been working with a family of 2 within Garfield County. The family has been actively engaged in services since 03/27/2025 and consists of a grandfather and his 9-year-old grandson, whom he is raising alone. This week, the family’s vehicle broke down. They have no other means of transportation, and are in need of assistance purchasing a new alternator to get it running again. The part is for a 1989 Chevy Scottsdale c1500, quoted at $175 by AutoZone. The family’s neighbor has offered to make the repairs free of cost once the part has been purchased. By assisting them in meeting this need, we can strengthen their efforts and remind them of the presence of a loving community behind them. Your consideration and support are greatly appreciated.

I have a ct still in the reunification process with getting her daughter back. She is a single mom with one income and still working on her home after a mental health break of her husband that destroyed at that time their shared home. She recently had car troubles that she also has fixed herself but she needs help with now all of the windows in her home. The ex husband had broken every door, window and the garage during a fit of rage. She for winter put up plexiglass to in all windows to keep out the winter air. This was supposed to be a temporary fix but window are expensive and there is several to fix. She needs to get an estimate on this but no matter what it is she wont be able to afford any windows. So we need help with that. My ct has no idea how to measure the windows or what to do for this need other than save money for a long time. My ct needs clothes for her little girl 2t and 3t in size. She also needs a couch for her home and maybe a coffee table or end table. Ct has a current couch but its over 100 years old and her daughter cant get out of it that easily. As it is very out of shape.

Please consider helping a family of 5 that have been struggling financially and experienced SNAP fraud that has resulted in their benefits being stolen. At this time, the federal government has ended the funding to reimburse clients that have experienced SNAP fraud, and this has caused another hardship for the family. This family consists of mother, father, and three children, ages 3, 1, and a new baby born on March 21st. Both parents are unemployed, although the father is actively looking for work but has been struggling due to chronic medical issues. The family is currently staying with maternal relatives, one of whom recently suffered a stroke and is now hospitalized. The family could benefit greatly with food assistance, and they are so appreciative of any support.

My male ct has already lost his apartment due to not finding a job in time after they changed ownership of the apartment building the apartment used to wait to be paid rent until his school money comes in every semester but the new owners werent willing to do that with him. My ct is lucky to have a grandmother that needed someone to move in with her to help her out at this time after falling and breaking her hip so that worked out but now my ct cant have his daughter with him over nights till he can get back on his feet.. My ct is requesting help with rent and deposits for a new house or apartment so that he can see he daughter,. His ex is always making it hard to see his daughter and she doesnt want him to have her until he is on his feet again so this puts my ct thought even more hard times. He loves his daughter but cant keep her over night here because his ex doesnt think the daughter needs to stay with him while he is with his own grandmother.

A 12 year old girl who needs summer clothes. Her foster mom is a single parent on a single income. This child has been in over 20 foster homes and is appreciating being in a familiar home. Her foster mom is a long time family friend and is wanting to do a legal guardianship. 12 year old wears an XL adult shirt and XL pants she also wears a size 6 or 7 in shoes. Thank you.
